A Disappointing Experience

Visited this restaurant today at 5 PM, hoping for a nice meal in a usually vibrant part of town. Surprisingly, the place was completely empty, which, at first, seemed like it might offer a peaceful dining experience. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

As locals, we're familiar with the high standards of hospitality and food quality in Costa del Sol, but the service here was a major letdown. The waitstaff was unfriendly and seemed inconvenienced by our presence. We had to make an effort to get their attention, and even simple requests felt like we were asking for too much.

The food was another disappointment. What should have been a meal showcasing fresh, authentic Spanish flavors tasted more like reheated frozen food. It lacked the vibrant, fresh quality we’ve come to expect from restaurants in the area.

Overall, this experience was far below the standard. I hope they can improve both their service and food quality in the future. As of now, we can’t recommend this spot, especially given the many other excellent options...

We come here all the time, having a house in the area. We pre booked and specially mentioned having a small pram and asked if we could sit outside with space for the chair. They tried to put us on a table with no space for the pushchair. When I complained they said we could put our 2 month old baby near someone else’s table. Which we declined. They then started asking other guests mid meal whilst they were putting food in their mouth to move off their table so they could rearrange it to seat us. We was so embarrassed we left and went elsewhere. We did make the point that they was so rude to ask guests eating their dinner to move and I would never have sat there knowing they had done that as we would have felt very entitled. Shame coz the food is good but you need to listen to people when they’re calling up for a booking so that all guests can enjoy it. Since telling my family about this experience - turns out my brother experienced the same issues...

We went there for dinner, nice waiter BUT... I ordered a salmon dish, when it arrived it smelled awful and tasted even worse, could not get the horrible taste away, so called the waiter and asked another for another dish, I had only tried one bite so the dish was nearly intact, the waiter agreed that something wasn't right with it, the problem is that they had actually charged me for that dish that the waiter agreed it was bad... I realised the following day and could not be bothered to go back to complain... Unbelievable ! I really don't get it, this place is expensive, they take advantage of the turists and the portions are tiny, I will NEVER go back there again! The only reason why its busy is because its location location...
