Cafetería Arroyo — Restaurant in Mijas

Avoid this place!!!! The women serving are nice. But they try to overcharge, in part by binging more items than were ordered, including already opened beverages. When these are declined, the man serving became rather nasty, threatening in his manner even. When I paid, without offering a tip, he was aggressive. Bizzare conduct. What a pity that this well located cafe is ruined by scams and such threats by the man working there. Please avoid this place! The food by the way is average. The man working there is dishonest and potentially threatening. I will never enter this...

The food is really good. And prices are more than affordable. So, 3x coffee, Fanta, and some nice(big) sandwich was 21€, that is a really good price. Service is OK, they were very busy at the time I was there so we had to wait a bit, but nothing special. The staff was great. Very friendly and polite. They do speak enough of English to do their job. I'll go back there...

Hoy fue la primera vez que fui a desayunar a ese sitio con mi hijo de 7años y fue HORROROSA LA ATENCION además de agravarse porqie se molestaron porque reclame qud lo que me trajeron no es lo que pedí. Mi pedido a la camarera fue: " un sándwich de jamón, sin queso para mi nene y yo quiero una tostada con tomate y jamón serrano"...... me trajeron un tostado de jamón de pan de molde y un sándwich tostado de tomate y jamón serrano" ..... nada difícil, o eso creo yo. Lo reclamo y de muycmala manera la camarera me dijo que así era como lo hacían ahí, a lo que mi respuesta fue: " es la primera vez que vengo y no tengo porque saber como aquí lo hacen, te pedí.....(le repetí lo que había pedido)... El camarero, chico joven muy amable, me trajo el sándwich para mi hijo y un sándwich igual que antes me trajeron pero sin tostar....pedí que me lo envuelban y me fui porqie SEGUIA SIN SER LO QUE PEDI. Me tiraron por el mostrador el tickete y el comprobante de pago... la de la barra una asquerosa nivel mil que no tendría que estar atendiendo. Me trataron mal por...
