Staff are majority unfriendly. Some exceptions. Lots of them, but all seem super busy doing something else (not customer related)

The menu Food is awful and I mean awful!!! - all reheated old meat and no love / skill in the kitchen

Might as well buy something from Iceland (next door) and ask them to reheat, would be better quality!

The tapas pixtos (which in other branches are amazing, great selection, fresh and imaginative) at this location, everything is fried and old, left to die and nothing refreshed. Poor

Ordered the pork with Gorgonzola - chips were raw, the pork was obviously cooked some time ago and was soooo dry. If I dropped it on the floor it would bounce back up We also ordered a chicken and apple salad - this was covered (like a kids plate with tomato ketchup) with super sweet balsamic glaze. Four thin slices of apple and I had to send out a lost and found to find any chicken. Salad wasn’t dressed and the majority of the bowl were bread croutons. Not exactly a chicken salad as advertised

Complained and waited, waited some more …

Eventually, just asked for the bill - €38 for two dishes we didn’t eat plus a €3 charge for dry bread we also didn’t eat and sent back. No customer service offered not even a sorry

We love Lizarran and would recommend usually, but this location needs looking at by the company as doesn’t come close to the usual standard

Decepcionante, ayer dia 21/7/2019 fui a picar algo para cenar. Mi sorpresa fue el servicio ofrecido y la desmotivaciòn del personal, preguntamos a una de las camareras la cual dijo que sacarian platos calientes en breve, yo pregunté a otra un rato despues, la cual dijo que no, lo que quiera que lo pida... Gracioso, pk no hay carta de pinchos...(luego empezaron a sacar platos calientes) Fui a coger un plato (limpio) para ponerlo en mi mesa para los pinchos, me encontré con que estaba manchado de aceite por completo (el plato brilla y se quedan las marcas al pasar el dedo) se lo devolví a la camarera para que lo volviera a lavar, esta se lo dio a otra camarera y ella lo metio debajo del monton de platos limpios, "ya le tocará a otro que no se de cuenta" encima que lo platos los lava un lavavajillas.. Ni que lo tuviera que hacer a mano... De 3 camareras que conocí, esa noche, una, pelo moreno y joven, que repartia la comida se portó muy bien, fue muy amable, otra, con pelo rubio, tambien joven cuando la vi meter el plato sucio en el montón de los limpios otravez, entendí, que la falta de motivación en el trabajo, mala cara hacia los clientes, y actitud chocante era propia personalidad de ella, si no quiere trabajar, en casa se está muy bien y no haciendo guarradas de ese tipo, y otra con pelo moreno, mucho mas mayor(+40 años para arriba) estaba siempre en la barra, tenia una actitud acosante, ya que nada mas acercarme a la barra para mirar los platos frios su insistencia en que le pidiera comida, se hacia agobiante y extresante. Hace 2 años que estuve la ultima vez, dije que no iria mas por algo parecido que pasó, le doy segunda oportunidad y me pasa esto... Se acabó no voy mas y espero que sanidad valla a poner las cosas en su sitio. Si algun dia tengo que darle de comer, se lo daré en el plato de mi perro, que está mas limpio que el que escondió la camarera aquella en el montón de platos limpios, un aplauso y espero que en su casa...

This bar franchise also has some superb meals and a good range of drinks. Collect your tapas from the bar area and you are charged according to the skewer size. The serving staff use an app for orders that are generally delivered with speed once you have caught the waiting staff. In Spain there is an art to catching the attention of the staff, i am about 4/5. Every lizzaran i have been to has free wifi if...
