My recent experience at the zoo and to express my admiration for the wonderful animals I saw there. I had a fantastic time exploring the exhibits and learning more about the different species. The zoo was a great place to visit, with plenty of exciting animals to see. I was particularly impressed with the tiger exhibit, which was simply breathtaking. The tigers were magnificent creatures, and it was amazing to watch them as they prowled around their enclosure. The alligator part was also very impressive, with some of the biggest alligators I have ever seen. I was fascinated by their size and the way they slowly moved, and it was truly a unique experience to see them up close. In addition to the tigers and alligators, I also enjoyed seeing the different bird species on display. They were all so beautiful, and it was interesting to learn more about their unique characteristics and behaviors. Overall, I had a wonderful time at the zoo, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and educational experience. Thank you to everyone at the zoo for all of the hard work they do to care for these amazing animals.

We drove for 3 hours from San Jose to Fuengirola to get to the Bioparc. It was a long journey, but worth it. We parked on a side road, don't think there is parking around the Bioparc, be prepared to walk for about 5-10 minutes depending on where you park. They have a range of animals and birds at the park. It is a big nature park that accommodates pigmy hippos, a tiger, gorillas and chimpanzees. They have some fish and animals I have not seen in a zoo in the UK or other countries, that was a bonus. Different colour of lemurs. It was a hot day, some of the animals were hiding in the shade sleeping or under water. Wear flat shoes, there are a few steep paths to walk up and down on. It takes roughly 90 minutes or a little longer if you stop for a break to walk around everything. There is a cafe in the centre, that sells food. We arrived just as they were closing. Saw a few people that had food from there and it looked okay, can't comment regarding the taste. There is a small kiosk that does drinks, ice lollies and snacks. It is wheelchair accessible, it's all flat ground. Definitely worth a visit 5⭐

Seeing this zoo advertised a lot, I was very surprised how big and the amount of animals have here. A natural environment. And how well thought out the enclosures and the price justifies how well the animals are cared for with each enclosure having the correct amount of animals without them feeling overcrowded. It is also lovely to see enclosures with running water made naturally ie waterfalls and surprised that enclosures were open for visitors to see without all the glass. Spent 2-3 hours, in August, walking around and feeding time was a bonus to watch, looking and watching the animals that look to be at home here and happy. The restaurant is reasonably price what you’d expect, snack machines dotted around the park and toilet facilities clean and no queue in August. The gift shop lets down little, with not much apart from soft toys but the coin souvenir made up for that. Which is a good idea. I would very well recommend the bioparc to a visitor that has not been. Again I cannot express the amount of love and care to the parc keeping it maintained and hope to return in the future.

I recently visited Biopark Fuengirola and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The zoo's commitment to conservation and animal welfare is evident in every aspect. The enclosures are spacious and well-maintained, providing a natural habitat for the animals. I particularly enjoyed the immersive experience of walking through different environments, from the Madagascar exhibit to the Southeast Asian jungle. The variety of animals is remarkable, and it's clear that the staff is dedicated to their care and well-being. The educational talks and feeding sessions were both informative and engaging, providing insight into the lives of these incredible creatures. Moreover, the park is very family-friendly with plenty of amenities and activities for children. The cleanliness of the park and the helpfulness of the staff also added to the positive experience. In conclusion, Biopark Fuengirola is more than just a zoo; it's a haven for wildlife conservation and an educational journey for visitors. Highly recommended for a day out with family or friends!

Visited Bioparc last week with my boyfriend and loved it. A note on the website said rickets bought online did not guarantee entry so we bought tickets at the entrance. The animal enclosures were fantastic and had a lot of thought put into them. For example, the Komodo and Orangutan enclosures resembled ancient ruins. It looks very small from the outside and, yes, it is not an enormous zoo, but much bigger than it is from the outside and we still spent a good 2-3 hours there. There is a huge selection of animals with multiple viewing platforms, so even when busy, it's not hard to get a good view of the animals. We didn't eat, so we can't comment on food, but there are also a few vending machines providing bottles of cold water which we did use once, but obviously as it was in the parc it was much more expensive. Also, to note, the parc is well shaded, we were there in the middle of the day, and while obviously hot, we were surprised how much shade there was. Definitely recommend a visit with or without children.
