Burger King — Restaurant in Murcia

This Burger king was dirty as we come in all the tables had food left on them. The was just 2 people in eating there food. We ordered 5 kids meals. We were the only people with a food order. We waited 20 mins. Give us some cups for drinks machine. 30 mins has passed. I've asked where are meals are. Said sorry for the wait food is cooked to order. We kept watching them. When they cooked our burgers 40 mins later. They used the chips what where in the chip warmer. They where stone...

Lamentable. Anoche fuimos a cenar a las 12 de la noche porque ponía que cerraba a las 1am. Cuando nos entregaron los vasos me dieron uno con una mini cucaracha muerta dentro , cuando se lo comenté me dijeron que eran un bichito de nada y me dieron otro vaso sin ofrecerme nada y sin darle importancia al tema , me eché el refresco en el nuevo vaso y al rato me di cuenta que había restos de bichos ! Por segunda vez , fui y se lo comenté y fue a sacarme el vaso del mismo sitio. Le dije que no sacara más de ahí que los dos me los había dado de ahí, el tío me contestó súper borde y me dijo que si no lo cogía de aquí que de donde lo cogía. ¿Para que se le va a ocurrir tirar esos vasos y sacar unos nuevos? Cuando ocurre esto una chica que parecía la encargada me dijo que si quería que me lo echara de dentro , algo que no entendi, yo le dije que lo único que quería era un vaso sin bichos.Yo en ese momento estaba flipando cuando los vi actuando de forma normal y como si no pasara nada sin darme ninguna solución , yo estaba cansado y no quise liarla pero me pareció una situación y un servicio lamentable. Para colmo ponía que cerraba a las 1 y nos echaron sobre las 12:15 mientras llovía , tuvimos que cenar en el coche.
