Factory Beer and Coffee — Restaurant in Murcia

Horrible experience! 👎🏼🤬 This place is an absolute disaster. We came for breakfast hoping for at least decent service — instead, we were met with complete indifference from the staff. They took our order, only to later inform us that they didn’t have the ingredients. No alternatives were offered, no apology, not even the slightest interest in trying to help us. It felt like our presence there was an inconvenience.

And this isn’t the first time we’ve had a bad experience here. During a previous visit, we encountered who seemed to be the manager or maybe even the owner — and the attitude was appalling. She spoke to customers with unbelievable rudeness, showing zero respect or professionalism. On top of that, she regularly blocks access to the area near the café because of her inability (or unwillingness) to park properly. It’s selfish and inconsiderate.

This place is a total letdown. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. No customer care, no basic courtesy — just an awful atmosphere. This café has truly hit rock bottom. Avoid it...

Sí pudiera les pondría un cero, poco futuro les veo en el pueblo con el servicio que dan, el camarero para tomar nota de dos tostadas se toma su tiempo, se las pides y te dice... primero una y luego anoto la otra...alucinante! el día que venga una mesa y te pidan 10 no me lo quiero ni imaginar, pero el plato fuerte estaba en la barra, la chica muy amable y simpática con algunos chicos que pasan toda la mañana en la barra, pedimos un croissant, nos pregunta se lo caliento? le decimos que no, pues ella te lo trae caliente, le decimos no lo queremos caliente y te lo hemos dicho y su respuesta es no te preocupes lo dejas enfriar en la mesa... como??? jajaja increible, le decimos que no lo queremos y nos trae otro que literalmente nos lo tira en la mesa y nos dice que todo el mundo lo quiere caliente que eso está como una piedra, pregunta del millón? como puedes tener productos en mal estado y venderlos??? crees que con calentarlos engañas al personal???, en fin un desastre, deseo tomen nota los dueños y apliquen los cambios oportunos porque desde luego el local está chulo pero con dicho personal os lo...

Very nice place in Murcia! Best beer that is usually hard to find- you have it there! Pauliner, Heineken and Aguila! The food is also very tasty, with a large choice and very fair price!!! And of course - the service is excellent! Fast and very nice! Recommend at 100%%%% Thank you for such a lovely evening! Will be back for breakfast...
