Waiting time 30 minutes for paella would be acceptable, but you're incapable of running a gastro business. We didn't wait 30 minutes, we waited for an hour and got our starters along with the paella. What's the point? Do you understand how starters work? Literally every table was complaining to the waiters that they want to eat at least pan and alioli cause they waited too long already!!! Why don't you comment on how miserable your service and food is? Your previous response makes it sound like you wouldn't even eat what you're offering to your customers, how intense, seriously? Avoid this place at all costs, it's not what it seems like. Not even having the face to apologize but guilt tripping customers instead.

Edit after response from the owner: you're making stuff up. There was two of us visiting, not one. We're not competition but unhappy customers, you should own your mistakes, improve from them and at least apologize, but your responses are absolute...

Extremely rude waiter!!! While taking the order he was almost screaming at us that we were confusing him where we just wanted to know what sauce a pasta would be in!!!!! Placed the order and then very politely asked him to just increase the number of one prawn dish!!! And he just refused and told us cannot do that and he's working since 12 pm and that the kitchen is closed!!!! We went back to the restaurant because had eaten a meal there and the food was good!!!! But the attitude and service of the staff absolutely spoiled our last night in Mallorca!!! All in all, the food, is very nice, that’s for sure.

However, the problem is the fact we had to wait 1H30 for 3 plates of tapas, with a half full (or half empty) restaurant. Countless people came and went, having had their food, whilst our order seemed to be blocked in the kitchen. No real apologies from the staff, seeming to take my complaint very light-heartedly. Also, our jug of sangria was served with a jug that had just come from another table, not having been washed.
