Restaurante Isabella Beach — Restaurant in Muro

Hi, so recently today we tried to find somewhere for food just had our eye on a nice place near the beach, view was amazing so we decided to sit down at this nice place and then they gave us our menus quite a long list of dishes etc. the waiter wasn’t very welcoming or polite we asked for drinks we had a few my grandfather had a beer and there was lipstick on the glass didn’t seem like there was much cleaning during the process which is unfortunate but then he asked to change it which they did then we ordered food taken us 30+ minutes which isn’t bad but we got our food which was quite bad because my grandmothers fish was uncooked and raw in the middle which is not good like it was frozen not cooked and she sent it back but by the time they replaced it it everyone else on the table had finished their food which they weren’t satisfied with, but then they brought the fish back cooked but she refused and said she didn’t want it anymore the waiter then had attitude towards her she said she didn’t want it which was bad because the waiter was smiling and we refunded also the waiter was also smiling not good just hiding it and we refunded so anyone who wants to go to this place and have a nice time I would not recommend to come to this...

We came here for some vegetarian paella only to be told after we had ordered drinks that only meat and seafood was available. I would have preferred to be told when handed the menus that there were omissions on that day. 2 of my party had pizza and they were hot and quite nice, not the best but decent. However, one person had some pasta which was stone cold and we had to ask for another one that was actually cooked. Not impressed. Another of my party had the Yolanda salad and asked for it without chicken which they did, however the salad had nuts in which was not mentioned at all on the menu, they were allergic to nuts and had to ask for it to be remade. They were nice and remade the food for our party but I found it very bad that there was no mention of nuts on the menu for the salad, just a small section saying if you have an allergy please say, but all ingredients should be clearly marked on the menu. We also asked for bread and olives with aioli and only received the bread and they tried to charge us for the rest too. I’m not impressed with this restaurant and...

We stopped by for a few drinks after the beach and decided to stay since they were kind enough to let us in wearing just our swimwear. Unfortunately, that’s where the good part ends.

My partner ordered a mojito that was so bad it stayed almost untouched on the table. The mint wasn’t properly muddled, so little chunks kept clogging the straw, and the flavor was far from a real mojito. I went for a coco loco, which was my second choice after passing on the protein shake. It was super watery but at least tasted like coconut—so I’d give it a 5/10.

As for the protein shake, it was advertised on the menu as “very low in calories,” but when I asked the waiter how many it had, he had no idea. He even asked me to help him figure it out by reading the label on the protein container. Turns out each scoop had 200 calories without any extras. I’ll just leave that there.

Great location if you’re coming from the beach, but don’t expect much from the drinks—or the menu transparency.
