Everyone!! please look below at the reply of the manager to see how this restaurant insults clients! He called me disgusting , etc!!

You write in your reply that you want to defend your professionalism but then you proceed to calling a woman disgusting in written. Is that what professionalism means in your restaurant? Is that what clients that dare to have an opinion get? You actually contradict yourself and you can’t really handle feedback. I looked at your other replies to negative reviews and I am shocked at how you talk to people in written. Also why are you dragging my country of origin into this discussion? What did my country of origin do to you? You say in your written reply below that I might consider you dumb. Firstly don’t put words into my mouth and don’t start imagining how I might consider you just because you can’t handle feedback. If I actually think about it, I actually don’t consider you dumb looking at the way you tricked and deceived me to pay 70 Euro for one single piece of disgustingly fried breaded fish, when you knew we did not want to order this in the first place.

Disgustingly breaded overfried fish !! The male waiters are extremely rude and all they do is try to sell sell sell sell. The male waiter showed us allegedly fresh fish of the day for 70 Euro a piece!! Extremely overpriced. We decided to take one piece because we were starving and he was VERY PUSHY for us to take the fish including starters since he said we need to take more food because main dish is not enough. When it came, it was over fried in deep oil (and breaded, egg coating!) and it tasted disgustingly only like fried oil. We did not even get small plates for the fish bones. The manager said to us in the rudest unfriendliest tone “You have to ask for bone plate.” As a tourist I felt treated like a bank machine. Food was disgusting and the waiter was the rude and impolite. They charged full price for the disgusting overfried breaded fish. Worst experience!!! I do not recommend!! Waiter also took the credit card on the table and held it against the charging maschine without even asking!! Tourists, we do not recommend this food. Lo normal habría sido darle 5 estrellas. De hecho esperaba darlas, pero no. Hemos hecho 200kms (y otros tantos de vuelta) para repetir la maravillosa experiencia que tuvimos allí hace un tiempo y no hemos quedado contentos. Lo primero que hay que saber es que a la hora de reservar, tenéis que preguntar si tienen disponibilidad en las mesas con vistas al mar. No siempre lo dicen y si no te informas, te colocan en ubicaciones menos interesantes. Nosotros no lo sabíamos. Hemos comido en un rincón (la otra opción era en mitad de la zona de paso). Ahora paso a la experiencia culinaria. Las zamburiñas a la plancha estaban deliciosas, pero por favor, mirad la foto. No puede ser que cueles una zamburiña como un garbanzo junto a otras 5 que son de tamaño normal. ¿No le da vergüenza al chef presentar un plato así? Si te sale una zamburiña pequeña, te la guardas y pones otra. Las 6 iguales. Las tiras de rodaballo fritas están exquisitas. Muy recomendables. El plato fuerte, un arroz meloso con bogavante, estaba pasado. Un sitio de esa categoría no se puede permitir el lujo de servir un arroz blando, aunque sea caldoso. El arroz se debe preparar ligeramente duro (como si fuera pasta al dente), y eso lo saben hasta los chinos que descongelan arroz 3 delicias en un buffet asiático. Además el bogavante no estaba bueno. Algo fallaba en el animal, que incluso olía raro. No ha dejado sabor a marisco en el arroz. Yo entiendo que habrá piezas mejores y otras peores y que a lo mejor influye la suerte, pero nos ha tocado la mala. Y nos ha disgustado mucho porque la anterior vez comimos un arroz con bogavante que fue un auténtico manjar y era el motivo de hacer el viaje para repetir. Así que la falta de amor propio del chef, por colar una zamburiña minúscula y no probar el arroz antes de servirlo, es mi principal motivo para poner las 3 estrellas, teniendo en cuenta que la factura de 2 comensales sin vino y con solo un postre, casi llega a 100€. Ciertamente yo he elegido ir a un sitio caro, y no discuto ni un céntimo el precio de cada plato, pero si no encuentro el equilibrio entre calidad y precio, me quedo descontento. Pero además, me toca las narices soberanamente el concepto en la cuenta (lo avisan en la carta) de “servicio de mesa” ¿Eso qué es? ¿Qué me cobran por no ser un bufé? ¿Acaso el ir a un restaurante no lleva ya implícito que te tienen que servir? ¿Puedo ir yo con mi comida de casa y pedir que me la sirvan atendiendo a este concepto? Es una tomadura de pelo que debería ser hasta denunciable. Por último, el servicio. Han intentado ser atentos y los tiempos de espera han sido moderados. Cuando nos ha preguntado el camarero si nos había gustado el arroz, les hemos dicho que no. No ha venido nadie a interesarse por el motivo. Y ya que hablamos de servicio, el WC, es compartido para caballeros, damas, discapacitados y cambia pañales. Ojalá hubiera podido dar las 5 estrellas pero me siento...

Awful. Rip off. Probably the most classy looking establishment in San José although the location in the marina car park is not so great. I was given 2 menus, the old English menu and the new Spanish menu. I ordered tomatoes with olive oil and salt for starter. A sliced tomato on a plate turned up, no garnish or decoration. Then I was given a bottle of olive oil and some salt. This was €9. Next I ordered grilled Almeria prawns. 6 prawns were served, again no garnish or decoration. And not that nice, didn't seem to be very fresh. When the bill came I was charged €25 for the prawns. But the menu says €18 I said. Ah ha they said, €18 is the price on the old English menu, €25 is the price on the new Spanish menu. So I paid €34 for a tomato and 6 prawns - that really is a rip off! I have been traveling around Andalucia for nearly a month and visiting a different restaurant every day. Unfortunately I have to give the 4 Nudos my worst restaurant in...

We went for dinner at 4nudos. It wasn't busy, so we chose to sit inside. The waiters spoke a little English, but we understand a little Spanish, so it worked well. We were shown a tray of fresh fish and told what they were. We chose to have grilled lobster, sirloin steak with chips. We didn't have a starter, we looked at the desserts. We were given some bread, which was quite hard. The mains arrived, they looked delicious. The lobster 🦞 was perfectly cooked and the chips were chunky. It was a large piece of sirloin steak. All mains were delicious and well cooked. We chose the strawberry 🍓 cheesecake and a chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream. I don't often eat cheesecake, but that was the best cheesecake I've ever eaten! I don't like chocolate cake, but my partner and his son ate it all and commented it was nice. Definitely a nice place to eat, pleasant staff, they play nice ole school music!

We went for dinner at 4nudos. It wasn't busy, so we chose to sit inside. The waiters spoke a little English, but we understand a little Spanish, so it worked well. We were shown a tray of fresh fish and told what they were. We chose to have grilled lobster, sirloin steak with chips. We didn't have a starter, we looked at the desserts. We were given some bread, which was quite hard. The mains arrived, they looked delicious. The lobster 🦞 was perfectly cooked and the chips were chunky. It was a large piece of sirloin steak. All mains were delicious and well cooked. We chose the strawberry 🍓 cheesecake and a chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream. I don't often eat cheesecake, but that was the best cheesecake I've ever eaten! I don't like chocolate cake, but my partner and his son ate it all and commented it was nice. Definitely a nice place to eat, pleasant staff, they play nice ole school music!
