Tagliatelle Prawns with Cream Sauce: Cook is using heavy cream and white wine, too rich, too big portion. Would be nicer using light cream, spring onions and much more pepper. 10Oz Ribeye: Very nice, sauce was cold, chips aren't worth having, vegetables nice on the skewer.

Not sure why ' Vegetable Chilli and Rice' costs €14.50 - put us off ordering it. Poor explanation as to what the dish was.

Max ' s is OK, but they should sort out their advertising boards, they've been there for so long, with marker pen crossing off certain items.. first impressions..

Good luck, try to improve the simple things, imagine that you have to eat the dish, before serving it out - too rich = feeling...
