Excellent location in heart of the "Calle de los Vinos" a vibrant area in the Old Town of Ourense. Tapas bar has an appealing traditional, historic appearance with bags of character. Named after nearby historic streetside fountain which marks entrance to all the bars. Service is pretty pleasant and fast despite being busy perhaps a bit coldish.

The tapas are ok and relatively affordable : the smoked anchovy was tasty as was the roast ham mini roll albeit it should be served warm. The fresh tomatoes with olive oil was good. Washed down by well served draft Mahou beer. Not much space inside or out so be prepared to stand in street. All in all not bad but...

Excellent restaurant in the old part of town in Ourense. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was phenomenal. If the restaurant is too busy, you order at the bar and they bring the food to your table. The food was fantastic with a choice for pincho, tapa or ración. Will go again! Really...

Un bar de tapas de toda la vida, sin florituras, simplemente tapas básicas y ricas. Muchas de ellas son ahumados ( sardinas [ le llaman anchoa, pero estoy seguro que es sardina ahumada ], bacalao, atún, lubina ... ). Hicimos un pincho de atún ( bastante rico ) y uno de sardinas ( no estaba mal ). Luego un tomate con ventresca, el tomate muy bueno, con su aceite de oliva. Para finalizar hemos hecho un pincho de solomillo con pimientos del piquillo, bien rico también, el solomillo no muy hecho, lo cual es de agradecer.

El pan que usan para los pinchos está muy rico la verdad.

Relación calidad precio , bastante buena.

A destacar, que casi toda la gente que había tenia la tapa de callos con garbanzos, por lo que he podido escuchar allí , estaban riquísimos. ( Lamentablemente no puedo opinar, porque no los probé , no soy de callos, pero lo dejo como dato, es el...
