Just down the street from the train station in Ourense, an absolute gem. The smash burgers were a highlight — thin and crispy, with carmelized onion and a tasty housemade sauce, served on excellent brioche buns. Both the piri piri and rosemary & sea salt fries were also fantastic. Most of the burgers can be ordered with either beef, chicken, or pork. Absolutely wonderful restaurant! Close to the train station for a great bite to eat after traveling or any day. I had the Compostela burger with chicken (they have three meat options for every burger!). It's savory and sweet with blueberry sauce and cheese from Galicia. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, too. I felt right at home. I will definitely be going back...
