Ok. I m a meat lover! I had a worst dinner in my life. This is meat quality problem (i don't know they usually have this, or only I had a bad luck tonight?) First visiting in Ourense, Worst experience. I ve been waiting this restaurant until 9pm ,their dinner open hour today. I ordered a madurada 35days (22euro) Rip eye steak ,a glass of wine.
Looked nice. Smell was good, seasoning was good. But ! It was hard to cut steaks with Knife!!!!! I thought if I should change the knife? But No!! It was Meat!!!!How human can eat that? I tried to cut it and have some peices . But had to spilt them out into tissue 1/3 amount. .... I could have only 3 bite. Half of meat was left. It tested my patience .. for 10~15 minutes over .. I bet he saw my face ,looked weired obviously .. something strange. ,
If you have pride of your business and Meat quality, you should 've checked it first! Even i made my face bad, He didn't asked ' how is it? ' at all...i already typed on the phone with translater app to talked with him ,but he didn't come at all. It was slow time, There was customer only 3~4table .. finally i gave it up. Asked for the bill. I had to go other place for dinner before they closed I was Hungry!!!!☹️ I ordered special sauce which is paid was yummy. That was only one I want to take out . You don't know How I feel disappointed . It ruined my day!! I paid of course about i ordered. Even not worthy it. The girl (server ) ,she was nice But !!
the Man (manager or Owner? ) should learn how to treat Customer this case. You should said "im sorry for it , what you want us to do? Exchange? Or other option. " If i hear that i would feel little bit better , What happened?? Haha ..
He just blamed to me!! He should 've check if the meat i had was really bad or not. It was just leather!!! It wasn't even cut by knife. He kept blamed me. "Why i didn't ask for before eat? " omg .. how i know the meat was so bad or not !! Before I tried!? I ve tried to chew several time to give a chance . But no , it was terrible! When i told him it was hard to cut even with knife ,that is not good " Instead of Apologize, he kept saying " other table has same !!"
Haha i checked other's table when I left there, they were eating different order meat .
Meat Quality was ZeRo! !OMG!! ... (I think that meat I got was good for Dog which loves to chew long time and leak the bone. NOT FOR HUMAN) You should've Checked the meat first!!! That is not Pro.. Man. depends on What meat did you have to me!!
Hey, i ve been working as a manager for long time in this business. I ve never seen that customer service lilke you , i ve never had that worst Ripeye steak!! Worst worst in my life. Read moreLentos no, lo siguiente. Llegamos a las 14:16, hasta las 14:55 no nos sirvieron el primer plato, y media hora después el segundo (terminamos de comer casi a las 16). Te toma nota el que parece ser el dueño, y luego van llegando distintas camareras que te preguntan todo de nuevo porque parece que no les han pasado bien la información.
En cuanto a la comida, una fabada normalita, un raxo requemado y grasoso, nada que destacar. Como íbamos con una niña, se nos ocurrió preguntar si había medio menú. Entonces el que nos toma nota nos dice que el medio menú cuesta 11 en lugar de 13, y que mucha gente "se enfada" por eso. Como solución genial nos ofrece hacer una pechuga de pollo fuera de menú. Error mío no haber preguntado el precio que iba a cobrar, y más viendo el aspecto pretencioso que tiene el sitio.
Para beber pedimos un vino con gaseosa, que es lo que en cualquier menú para dos personas se incluye sin coste. Pues lo mejor es cuando llega la cuenta, que vemos que han cobrado por la pechuga de la niña 10 euros, así que von el agua nos ha salido 80 céntimos más caro que el medio menú (y sin postre), y a mayores la gaseosa cobrada aparte. Una vergüenza de sitio, y mas estando en Galicia.
La buena puntuación que tiene en Google se entiende viendo las reseñas, que más bien parecen anuncios repetidos, con el mismo estilo de fotos y lo "buenisisisimo" que dicen...
Read moreEs un local muy agradable y la decoración es bonita. Es un lugar agradable para comer. La comida (en nuestro caso pedimos churrasco de cerdo) estaba muy rica pero solamente nos trajeron 4 costillas a cada uno y unas cuantas patatas fritas. Aun pidiendo una ensalada a mayores nos quedamos con hambre. Tampoco nos vinieron a preguntar si queriamos mas. De hecho no vinieron a preguntarnos nada. Tuvimos que llamarlos nosotros todo el rato. Vimos bastante pasotismo en nuestra mesa. Es comprensible que haya mas mesas y que tarden mas en atender pero bueno. Finalmente pedimos un postre muy rico (tarta de la abuela). La cuenta fueron unos 30€. Chegoulle ben... En conclusión: en este restaurante la comida no es el fallo.
Actualizacion de la reseña: Pues hubo un malentendido en la comanda ya que los dos pedimos churrasco y en ningun momento dijimos nada de compartir. Además cuando llegó la comida le pedimos un criollo a mayores (que por cierto nunca llegó) quizá eso le pudo dar una pista de que no era suficiente. En cuanto al comentario de cada uno gasta lo que quiere comer sobraba. Me habria marchado de su restaurante mas contenta pagando 40€ y con el estomago lleno. De todos modos no se preocupe que no volveremos....
