Restaurante Spaguetti Rock — Restaurant in Ourense

The ambiente was nice and staff was friendly, but everything was served rather slowly although the place was almost empty. The quality of the food was disappointing. We had some fried potatoes and veggies with dips. The potatoes were crunchy, but they were exactly like the ones you get from the frozen section in the supermarket. Instead of "brava" sauce, the sauce tasted more like cocktail sauce. The veggies were mostly fresh, but the dips were the biggest disappointment. None of them were good. They tasted extremely bland. You could almost not taste the olives in the tapenade, the guacamole had probably 1% avocado and the hummus had nothing to do with hummus. In the end, the price and quality just didn't match, despite how pretty the food looked...

We had a hamburger and nachos for lunch. The hamburger was reasonable although I did not understand what the courgette slices are doing in the bun. The nachos portion was generous but all coverved with something resembling "Cheez Whiz" and became soggy very quickly. It is better to have the sauce on the side. Soon after getting our food a begger walked in and approached every table. The begging was quite rude, asking us how can we continue eating without giving him some money... The waitress stood right there, not saying a word. I...

Una hora esperando para que nos digan que no tenían mesa para 3 y que nos teníamos que poner en una grande, pero compartida.

La comida no está mal, pero tampoco es excelente y lo peor el menú infantil, que apenas hay variedad para elegir y si quieres quitar unas barras de queso o nuggets del menú, solo te ofrecen a cambio patatas fritas, no puedes pedir más pechuga, por ejemplo.

No creo que volvamos.

La única cosa positiva que tengo que poner es la amabilidad del camarero que nos sirvió (un chico alto de aspecto Atlético), se le ven buenas maneras, tanto en el trato personal como en la manera de recoger y servir, por suerte no creo que tenga problemas para trabajar en otro sitio. #Edito:

Hoy hemos intentado comer otra vez, pero gracias a la prepotente encargada hemos desistido.

Hoy hemos llegado y tenían la primera mesa grande con sofás dividida para que se pongan en ella dos grupos pequeños, que parece que es la práctica habitual, he pedido sentarme en dicha mesa (3 comensales) tal y como nos habían puesto la vez anterior y me ha dicho que no, que esa mesa la reserva por que le han llamado diciendo que "a lo mejor viene" un grupo grande y no tendrían dónde sentarse.

O sea que parece que para algunos si que reserva, aunque no le hallan confirmado su asistencia.

Penosa respuesta, prepotente y despota actitud y muy poco profesional por parte de esa encargada.

Ahora sí que ya no volveremos, que aprendan los dueños de ese negocio como se pierden clientes gracias a la actitud de ese personaje que tienen...
