Read moreA very disappointing place to eat, we called here for the first time today. It seemed badly organised with 1 waitress and service slow. So we chose a large table in the shade and near to where we could be seen and served. The table seated 6 and already had two dining, so we asked the gentleman who was sat with his partner if they minded us sitting at the other end. Certainly not crowding one another and as we knew them from our hotel they was happy for us to use the table with them.
When we sat I noticed the chef/owner / waiter giving us the dirtiest stare from his dark evil eyes, I didn't react as I thought he may have something wrong with him and perhaps couldnt help it.
The waitress then left us the menu, 15minutes later they paid their bill and said goodbye. We was then spoken to by evil eyes telling us not to ever do that again, I was taken aback and was unsure what we we're supposed to have done. According to him it's not etiquette to sit with other guests and share a table, even if you are acquainted.
So we took ourselves and our money to a smashing piza restaurant just up the road El rinconcito first clas service and definitely one of the best pizzas...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting Rapa Nui Bar for coffee and breakfast, and I must say, the food was delicious! The coffee was perfectly brewed, and the breakfast was freshly prepared and tasty - just what I needed to start my day.
As for the service, my experience was a bit mixed. Although the staff seemed a bit disinterested, I personally found it authentic. It seemed like they didn't care much for the "show business" but were simply real people doing their job. However, a bit more attention to detail would have certainly enhanced the overall experience.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Rapa Nui Bar, especially for their delicious food and drinks. So if you're looking for a cozy spot to kickstart your day, this place is definitely...
