Upon recommendation from someone who lives local, we ventured to this restaurant last night. It was our 3rd night in Morro Jable and the occasion of our wedding anniversary...the reason we travelled back to Fuerte.. The menu was surprisingly concise with limited variety especially of fish. But we thought, fair enough, they are probably excellent at what they serve. We both ordered fish of the day after a large house salad to start. This dish was priced at Eur 19.00. The very pleasant waitor said that it was a big fish so we could share it between us. It was quite large, on the bone, with a few Canarian potatoes and a small tossed salad all served on the one plate. There wasn't a huge amount of fish and it was pretty average and in fact slightly over-cooked. When we were presented with the bill, we were charged for 2 x eur19 despite the fact we had one plate between us. I would expect a seafood platter for that price. Read moreThe restaurant is located in a busy street full of restaurants right next to the beach with a beautiful seaview. Even tho it was very busy at dinner time the food arrived quickly after ordering. The grilled octopus is huge and definitely worth the price. It tasted very good but unfortunately the portion of the side-dish (potatoes) was a little puny. Anyway, the service was good and the price alright for what you get. It was nice to see quiet a lot spanish locals eating...
