Really friendly, chilled atmosphere. Food was great but we ordered way too much. As all their paella is cooked to order they let us know it would be 40mins so we ordered some tapas as starters. For me, the prawns in garlic were the standout of the tapas, with just a hint of crispiness on the edges of the prawns. We were there before the live music so I can't say what that's like but the background music while we were there was very smooth - Spanish jazz versions of famous songs. Edit: We liked it so much we ended up going back twice more and each time was even better. The next two times we went we were there for the live music which was really nice. The singer has a voice a bit like if Sade were Spanish, like listening to velvet. The second costs, I taught my 17 yr old daughter beermat flipping and by the end of the night she and the boss were having a proper competition, which won, just (37 to 35). We had so much fun. On the third visit he had a whole pack of beermats for her to take home and practice with. If you're coming to the restaurant from the street, the outside looks almost just like a white wall with a few steps at the corner but once inside it's lovely. You can also go in via the shopping arcade at the back, where there is patio seating too, and that is the entrance in the photo.

I had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant San Borondón tonight, opting for their steak, padrón peppers and large olives, and I must say, their steak is nothing short of spectacular. Perfectly cooked and delicious! If you're a steak aficionado or just looking for an exceptional dining experience, I wholeheartedly recommend San Borondón. I can't wait to return for another unforgettable meal on my return to this beautiful island. The hospitality is amazing too, friendly service with a smile and reasonably priced. Even surprised with a complementary shot on my exit as a goodbye gift. It’s the little touches that makes these experiences even better! Thank you!

Made to feel welcome the second we entered. We didn't have a reservation, but they were able to seat us last minute anyway, which was lovely. First visit we only had some Tapas but it was delicious and warranted a 2nd visit. 2nd time round, we went all in on their chateaubriand for 2 - cooked to perfection and served via a hot plate with some flare at our table. Quite possibly the best steak I've ever had. Washed down with some very refreshing (and not too sweet) sangria. Staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Were I a local, I'd never leave.

Super friendly staff !!! They look after take of you always checking on you to make sure you are happy with food services etc.

Highly recommend this restaurant the food it's also good we had traditional fish cooked on the grill with grilled garlic prawns and traditional beer.

There is also live music.

The restaurant it is located in unnoticeable place even though it's quite central of Costa Calma.

So the best thing to do is always ask locals they will indeed recommend the best places to go.

Alot of the restaurants in Costa Calma region are not coming up on the google search even though they restaurant is/are listed on google/maps.

Prices of food are average it is not mad cheap but it is also not expensive. E.g.local grilled fish with vegetables/chips/salad ranging from e13 to e16 roughly per main course starter e.g. as grilled garlic prawns is e9.99 bear it's super cheap.

Decor of the restaurant its super cosy and traditional looking you get the real wibes of Costa Calma and Spanish traditions etc

Hamon hanging around in places close to the bar everything it is wooden decorated super nice you feel like getting the real Costa Calma experience which also includes live...
