Ordering felt like auditioning for attention. Once we succeeded, the food came fast - too bad it tasted like regret. No cutlery, no serviettes, and a cocktail missing a straw. It’s like they were playing bingo with basic service items.

Other diners were quietly stuck trying to pay. I took the hint and paid at the bar - where someone finally noticed me.

The bread with tomato was soggy and sad. The burgers came on brioche buns that were burned - ruining the whole thing. Brioche isn’t built for flames; it just wants a warm hug.

Came here as it looked like a nice place to have a drink early evening. We waited over 10 minutes without anyone coming to give us menus or take an order or even greet us. We then tried to flag down 3 separate servers all of whom acknowledged us but did not come over. Finally after about 15 minutes someone almost reluctantly came over and took or drinks orders. Our three beers came watered down and the aperol spritz was weak. Very disappointing. Plenty of other nice places in the area....

The place is beautiful, is the only thing because the service is a disaster. We were seat aesily but you have to wait and wait and wait to ask your order. We were waiting for 30 minutes praying to be served and we saw other tables in the same situation (even to pay when they had finished). It was funny because, there was one waiter walking up and down but not taking orders or helping only saying “yes, now we come”… finally we leave the table and look for...
