Burger King — Restaurant in Palma

I have my experience in night it was like i ordered a burger for takeout and the guy in the front section he dont know what he is doing coz my ordered burger he gave it to the wrong costumers and he realize that the guy who had a burger is the correct burger for him i see in my own eyes the guy is squeezing the burger he touch it and i though he would change the burger but he put in hot box to make it hot again but the burger you can see in photo is like that it is not fresh as they give a new, i put stars for that coz they are careless, i still calm and take the order, i am not like the people who is finicky but this guys has no...

We ordered on Uber Eats in the evening at about 11:30. The app said it would be there in about 20 min. Never got our food. Asked for updates, but no answers. Called the restaurant a few times but they never answered the phone although they would be open till at least 00:30AM. We waited for about 3 hours on food that didn't came and we never heard of them. Eventually after trying to contact Paypal who is closed because of COVID19 and contacting with Uber Eats we got our money back from Uber Eats. Worst experience we have ever had ordering food. Me he dirigido al local el sábado 14/10/2020 a las 23.50, cuando el cierre es a las 00.00, y muy amablemente el chico que estaba limpiando nos dejó pasar porque el local CERRABA EN 10 MINUTOS. Hicimos un pedido simple, dos whopper vegetal, sin papas y sin gaseosa. La chica que nos tomó el pedido, primeramente hizo como si no nos hubiera visto, y luego cuando nos toma el pedido, se acerca el encargado preguntandonos por dónde habíamos entrado porque el local cerraba en 5 minutos (Si el local está cerrado, las puertas también deberían estarlo). No obstante, con respuestas gentiles de nuestra parte, nos miran de mala manera y la chica que nos tomó el pedido, al preguntarle si eran vegetales, debido a que somos vegetarianos, nos hace un chiste de mal gusto diciendo que eran de carne de caballo. A todo esto, con las demoras y malas caras pertinentes, el AUTOKING SEGUÍA ABIERTO Y SEGUÍAN ENTREGANDO PEDIDOS A LOS CLIENTES EN SUS COCHES. Una vez que es entregado el pedido simple y nos da el vuelto, la chica nos dice, y la cito textualmente : “ya tienen sus hamburguesas, ahora váyanse a su casita” con un tono despectivo. Tanto el encargado del turno como la cajera y la chica de cocina que se acercó de mala manera a reiterarnos que estaba cerrado cuando aún faltaban 10 minutos tuvieron una actitud pésima. Destacó la actitud del joven que estaba limpiando que muy amablemente nos despidió, mientras los demás nos miraban a nosotros y a él despectivamente. Para colmo las hamburguesas estaban frías.
