Magori GastroBar — Restaurant in Palma

Tl,dr: this restaurant is a product of immense love, skill, and dedication.

This place unironically surprised me (and my whole group), how amazing it was.

The food was magnificent: the Magori Breakfast dish had suuuper fluffy and light omelette, seasoned lightly yet just right, some crispy bacom that was not overbearing (it was cispy, but not burned, like at all). The salads had some pesto and were refreshing, fir right next to the omelette. Right next was a toasted belgian sweet waffle as a superb desert. And if it was not enough, all this came with a cofee and FRESHLY HAND SQUEEZED orange juice! And for a reasonable price too (12.5Eur).

The reception was perfect: the hostess was friendly, welcoming, and warm, spoke excellent english, managed to fit our rather large group right next to the window.

Even the building was done-up rather nicely: colors were tasteful, there was some live greenery, our table had a cute freshly watered plant. Even the toilet was clean, smelled frash; it had incense!

Absolutely amazing food. What a find! We are staying very close and wanted a short walk on our first evening. I looked around and this restaurants reviews were great and it’s very beautiful inside and out. However, nothing could have prepared us (family of 8) for the amazing food. My sister in law is vegetarian and I’m gluten free and there was something for everyone. I am not sure what was in the black rice and scallops, but it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The salad was also incredible, actually it all was. Thank you so much for a lovely evening, extremely reasonable pricing, but absolutely perfect food. No complaints from a foodie but...

Have you eaten at a Michelin restaurant? Well this is like that, but you can actually come every day!

From beginning to end this was a divine experience, the atmosphere and the service were just great! These guys are customer oriented and make you feel at home really! Then the food comes and wow! Every dish comes with an intro by Ximena, and always a lovely touch: spirulina alioli, yuca chips, passion fruit - tiger milk and tomato marmalade…. Every single dish comes with a beautiful secret to discover…

Lovely night, great food, great hosts.
