In my whole life I have never been unsatisfied with the food badly enough to leave a bad review online. I am always trying to be understanding towards staff because I myself come from the industry as a chef. For starters, the bread was stale (ali oli pan). One person from our table ordered a chicken which was not prepared properly, it was visibly undercooked, there were still pink parts and blood after cutting into it. One person of our party eating the paella gaged on cartilage. In our mixed paella the only good part was the rice, every piece of meat we found in it was at least one week old (we could tell by the taste and smell of it). The asparagus was taken from the jar and was tasteless. The Cordon Bleu was not prepared properly and looked really unappetising. I admit the sangria was nice. Apart from terrible food the service was unprofessional and they simply did not care about our wellbeing. We were not asked if everything was ok with the food. We had to look for the waiter to pay for our order. At the end when the waiter was taking away dirty dishes he dropped dirty cutlery on me. It's a terrible restaurant, undercooked and old meat: chicken, mules, pork and old veggies. We paid a lot and the quality was incomparable. Read moreViendo tan buenos comentarios y recomendaciones de amigos decidimos probar un domingo. Llamamos para reservar en hora punta 14.-14.30h y ya se nos advirtió que nos tocaria esperar. Bien. Llegamos y nos mandan a la barra a esperar y tomar algo. (Sabiendo que los camareros van volando entre mesas corriendo a por sus comandas de bebidas ) a que “lumbrera “ se le ocurre mandar a todos los que estábamos esperando mesa a la barra. Un caos. Ruidoso. Totalmente inaceptable tratar de esa manera a sus clientes. Nos asignan mesa en terraza donde el ruido pero sobre todo los gritos y los llantos de los niños ….era de locos. (Y aquí ni los camareros ni el dueño puede hacer nada) ahí entramos en debate si tengo que aguantar a 4 niños visiblemente cansadas y aburridos berreando porque se quieren marchar, y los padres pasan ….porque ya están acostumbrados a los gritos .
