I was looking forward to this bar after realising that they brew their own beers and stock so many others, it was FANTASTIC. We visited on the 8/8/24 and had a great night, a big thanks to the two ladies behind the bar, they looked after us all night, our basque knowledge is zero and they both spoke perfect english. I had all three homemade beers on offer via tap and the IPA twice, 10 out of 10 mystro brewer, I am a beer snob and all three were great, nice to see this craft done well. Quiet beer bar with indoor booths and tables. Huge menu. Unique decor - house beer tap service at your table, magazine style menu, notecards to list your order. We had tomato carpaccio salad, an onion burger with fries and a veggie wrap with greens rice, peppers and onions. Light food without sauces we have found in other restaurants. Un local de cervezas donde todo el concepto gira hacia ese concepto, evidentemente la carta de bebidas es extensa y abundan distintos tipos de cerveza ( aunque sirven vinos y refrescos tambien para los menos adeptos)
El ambiente del bar es muy curioso, moderno e industrial, más bien oscuro, pero forma parte del encanto.
El trato es excelente, cercano y atento, siempre con una sonrisa (incluso estando a tope)
La comida es de una calidad especial, puedes elegir entre carne de pollo, ternera o txule, las tres merecdn la pena, pero la txule es la que para mi destaca
Los entrantes recomiendo nachos, con carne de costilla estan de campeonato
Y como atractivo distintivo, en las mesas puedes pedir que activen un grifo para despechar tu mismo la cerveza, uns opcion recomendable si quieres evitar esperas
En valoracion general un sitio original, con un ambiente distintivo, buena comida y mejor cerveza
