The hotel is in an excellent location in Pamplona, but you cannot reach it by car - at least not with your own (perhaps taxis have a permit, I don't know). However, the parking option they offer is very convenient. You go to a very close-by public underground parking and give the ticket to the hotel front desk, which will charge you a discounted rate. Get the instructions from the hotel. The rooms were clean and modern, and the balcony looked out onto a square (Plaza Consistorial) right in front of the City Hall (Ayuntamiento), itself a very attractive old building. Breakfast is in the adjacent bar and good for what it is. Staff at the front desk is efficient and friendly enough; staff at the bar is more uneven - some very friendly and others less so. Read moreI have not stayed in the hotel but I had a massage session in the spa and I would like to share my experience. My birthday present was a voucher for a beauty treatment for 75 minutes BUT I was out in an hour and the massager left me in the room twice for 5 minutes so all in all the 75 minutes ended up being 50 minutes!!! The massage itself was very unprofessional, I didn’t feel anything at all and the whole body massage didn’t include my arms either!!!! I left extremely disappointed and I just want to make sure that other people don’t spend valuable money and time on this service because it’s not...

I had made a reservation several weeks before but decided to change it. I was able to cancel that one and make a new one. HOWEVER, once I realized how bad the situation was getting in Spain AND the rumors that were starting to spread that the US would close its borders, I called them and cancelled. SOmeone who took my call said everything was fine and they would cancel. This DID NOT HAPPEN. I have been charged my full stay there for two nights that a) I never used and b) I went on good faith that the person taking my call would cancel. But they didn't. Now I may have to pay the $175+ amount. ||I plan to return to Pamplona in 2021 but I certainly won't be...
