Asian City Bar Restaurante — Restaurant in Pilar de la Horadada

Went here for dinner on a friend's recommendation & will be coming back. The staff are so helpful & friendly. It has a nice calm relaxed laid back atmosphere. Very clean & let's get to the main point..the food! Wow wow wow. All food is so flavourful & cooked to perfection. Would recommend having the specials 3 of us dined, we had a starter, a main dish & a dessert washed down with 2 beers each & our traditional complimentary shot was also brought out a plate of complimentary fruit & sweets, If you have a sweet tooth & like a tipple have the whisky cake but be warned it's basically ice-cream with neat whisky poured over it!! The price was outstanding grand total 47euros for the lot and honestly I would have paid 3 times that for the food we were served....

A hard five stars on this one. If you're looking for a tasty Chinese restaurant with generous portions, a wide menu and good value, Asian City has it.

They have a range of Cantonese, Mandarin and Thai dishes.

The Menu Del Dia is particularly good, with a drink (inc wine and beer), starter, main, dessert and liquor digestif for around €14-18 (price depends on main)

Of note is the mango curry (Cantonese style dish) main. I also had prawns with red curry and asked for a little extra spice and got exactly what I was craving.

I had the Tarta al Whisky for dessert which they doused in JB whisky, then offered limoncello to finish and left the bottle on the table in case we wanted a top up.

Please go and support this place, I really want it to thrive. I'll be coming back every time I'm out here.

Cinco estrellas sin dudar. Si buscas un restaurante chino sabroso con raciones generosas, una carta amplia y buena relación calidad-precio, Asian City lo tiene todo.

Tienen una gama de platos cantoneses, mandarines y tailandeses.

El Menú del Día es especialmente bueno, con bebida (incluye vino y cerveza), entrante, principal, postre y licor digestivo por unos 14-18€ (el precio depende del plato principal).

Destaca el curry de mango (plato estilo cantonés) como principal. También tomé gambas con curry rojo y pedí un poco más de picante y obtuve exactamente lo que deseaba.

De postre tomé la Tarta al Whisky que rociaron generosamente con whisky JB, luego ofrecieron limoncello para terminar y dejaron la botella en la mesa por si queríamos repetir.

This restaurant is an absolute must when you’re in the area. The most wonderful and friendly staff who are really hard working and make sure you have the most amazing experience.
