Burger King — Restaurant in Portugalete

We had 4 menus. 3 hamburgers were cold. When we told them that 3 of 4 were cold, they took them and gave us back the same hamburgers heated in the microwave. Never in my life have seen something like this in a burger king, McDonald's or any other fast food chain. The two friends didn't want the hassle to deal with them again,but i spoke with the manager and told her that my burger was heated in the microwave, and she replied "so do you want another burger?" And I told her yes, obviously? Almost all the tables were dirty, at 13:00 !! The floors sticky. We had a similar experience two years ago when we came here, with cold food and dirty tables, but we just let it pass. Trato horrible, tenemos un pedido de tres king fusión uno de oreo + caramelo, filipinos + chocolate blanco, kit kat + chocolate. E de recalcar que yo he sido trabajadora del burguer King y nunca en mi ningún momento tuviese o no la razón el cliente me e girado y le e hablado de esas formas la cual un chico en el puesto de helados me habló. Empezó a equivocarse y a tirar los helados a lo cuenle yo yo le e dicho si quieres te los digo, para que no te equivoques tanto. Con el echo de que le e dicho que lo entendía ya que yo he estado en su lugar y ese lo hagotador que puede ser. A lo cual si respuesta fue girarse de malas formas y decirme es que estoy cansado y reventado, no es que sea tonto o estúpido. Creo que yo solo intenté ayudar y e solo tuvo fantas de respeto. Si le hubiera yo fanltado al respeto puedo entender su actitud, aunque no fue el caso. Si no te gusta tu trabajo, los clientes no tenemos culpa. Y no puedo decir nombre por qué obviamente no llevaba el nombre en la camiseta y el pelo largo por detrás sin meterlo en la gorra como es lo reglamentario. Dicho esto . Creo que se deberia de hacer algo, ningún cliente debemos o merecemos tener este tipo de trato. This branch is an absolutely disaster. The lack personel cause a long waiting time and huge amount of people trying to get their food. It is impossible to get a proper attention from the restaurat and, the soda machine is not working.
