Bar del Mig — Restaurant in Premià de Mar

We absolutely loved this place! We headed there looking for some delicious tapas and we weren't disappointed. Severed by an really excellent waiter, who remained patient at our poor Spanish, he was really helpful. As it was a Tuesday, the menu was less extensive than busier days but what was on there was cooked perfectly. We have since returned for lunch and once again greeted with excellent service and food. Really can't fault the place. Thanks to you all at Bar del Mig, we'll certainly be back when we next visit...

If you go Premia, you must go to the Bar del Mig. Amazing food, traditional local food with a twist! Eg croquettes but with goat cheese and pear! and the list of fascinating ingredients is endless. The service is excellent, the owner is very knowledgeable of craft beers and you will be surprised with the extensive selection they have. El cambrer es el millor que ens vam trobar. De les 4 tapes que vam demanar, els calamars, passats de cocció, sosos, pocs i cars. Els fingers, pocs, massa fregits i sense cap gràcia. Els musclos, pocs, secs i sense gust ni ells ni " la salsa de brunoise" que no era cap salsa, era un picat "brunoise" amb oli, res més. Les patates braves, molt bén fregides pero sense sal. Les salses eren bones. Una pena que unes tapes que podrien estar genials, no van estar a l'alçada. El cambrer va dir que no eren gaire grans, i efectivament, però poca quantitat i a més fetes sense carinyo, tot sec (menys les patates) i sense gust i pagar 30 € per 4 tapes i 2 copes de clara??? Una i no més. Llàstima que la cuina no ha estat a l'alçada del tracte dels cambrers. Una mica més d'atenció i carinyo per part de la cuina i tot hagués...
