Asador Zubi XXI — Restaurant in Puente la Reina/Gares

We were doing the Camino de Santiago and stoped in Puente de la Reina. We had diner at Zubi. It is not a hotel but a diner. One of my sons had just a salad. My other son and myself ordered a hamburger. We were both food poisoned. I only had 3 bites and something told me that I should not finish the hamburger. The waitors and the staff were kind but the cook needs some serious training. DO NOT GO TO ZUBI.

My name is not JUAN. So, please go ahead and penalize me! It is very sad and dishonest to pretend that the critic is the one to blame. Your food is appalling and you should do something about that instead of pretending that some "Juan" is hiding under a different name....

Buenas! Soy Tomás Jimenez Jimenez y tengo 60 años. Mi madre se llama Rosa y además de tener serios problemas de salud, esta ciega del ojo izquierdo y coja. Hace un mes mi madre estaba un poco desanimada, por lo que decidí llevarla a un lugar especial para comer, y como ya me habían hablado de esta sidrería, pues opte por llevarla allí. Desde un inicio nos hicieron sentir como en casa, ya que el servicio era impecable. Tanto mi madre como yo pedimos la chuleta y desde luego que no nos arrepentimos. Tuvimos una maravillosa comida familiar! Jamás olvidaré lo feliz que hizo sentir esa chuleta a mi madre, no solo por su impecable sabor, sino porque gracias a esa chuleta mi madre Rosa de 90 años la hizo sentir joven de nuevo. Gracias a esta sensación de extremada alegría, los problemas de salud han disminuido de un día para el otro y ya está recuperando la visión. Dice que ahora los 90 son los nuevos 20!!!! Espero algún día poder agradecer al Asador Zubi XXI por haber alegrado nuestras vidas....

Huge, thick bone-in beef steak. Tender and super delicious. Considering its excellent quality, the price is quite inexpensive. The lady who serves customers is very kind.
