Casa del Escalope — Restaurant in Roquetas de Mar

The waiter brought the menu and we both ordered water as there was no Weiss beer available to stay with the German theme. A little while late the waiter brought us each a small plate of potatoes in a creamy sauce which was tasty.

My wife had the Gypsy Escalope with Fries. The sauce was a tomato base and she really enjoyed it.

I had the Escalope with Mushroom Cream Sauce and Fries. It was lovely.

Overall the food was really nice. The inside is typically German and definitely reminded us of our time in Germany. We did have to wait a while for the dishes to arrive but it fine as we were chatting.

Also look out for the little begging dog that was visiting every table.

The toilets were clean.

Total cost was thirty two euros which we paid...

Ein sehr nettes Lokal mit einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir wurden nett begrüßt und auch gleich gefragt, ob wir Kohlrouladen möchten. Wir haben uns allerdings für Schnitzel mit Pommes entschieden. Ich mit Zigeuner und mein Mann mit Champignonsausse. Außerdem hatte mein Mann als Vorspeise einen Salat mit Hähnchenbrust spießen . Und es wurde noch Brot dazu serviert mit einer sehr leckeren würzigen Creme. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und es hat uns hervorragend geschmeckt. Preis - Leistung war absolut in Ordnung. Witzig war der Bierdeckel mit Prinz Holger, da mein Mann Holger heißt. Da wir noch eine Woche vor Ort sind, werden wir noch einmal dort...
