Al Andalus de la Habana — Restaurant in Roses

We ordered two meals of half a chicken and chips. It all looked very nice, but when I cut in to my chicken it was raw and uncooked inside. It leaked blood on to my plate and in to the chips, so I quietly asked to return the meal. The owner asked if I would like a replacement meal, but it had ruined my appetite , so I politely declined. My husband continued to eat his chicken which was also slightly raw inside. The owner kindly bought me an ice-cream, which I hadn’t asked for, which I presumed was to apologize for my raw chicken. I accept we all make mistakes, and they seemed nice people, but When we asked to pay, we were charged for both meals, even though mine wasn’t eaten. When we questioned the price, we were told we had cut into the raw chicken, so it should be paid for! We said no, we are not paying for the one meal that was returned, but they then charged us for the ice-cream I didn’t order, which was nearly the same price as the meal. Needless to say, my husband has been up all night with sickness, which has now delayed our trip home. Appalled at customer service, but left politely, because that’s what we do,...

We asked for some tapas and 3 plates as we were with 3 people. After 30 min we got notified that there weren’t any banana leaves. Meaning they didn’t even started on the tapas. When looking around there were approx 4 tables… so after almost an hour we got our 2 tapas. After that and 30 min again, my steak arrived overcooked. Almost leather like. I didn’t say anything but as I have a stomac issue, I couldn’t eat anything from the plate. My mother and her girlfriend had shrimp with garlic. That was it, no bread salad or fries. The shrimp were cooked in a watery substance that needed to be defined as garlic sauce… So the price for us 3 without any wine, was 90€… way too much for mediocre quality. We will...

Just stopped for a beer and snack whilst out. Drinks were fine and the place looks nice but that were it ends. Ordered Nachos and fries. 11.90 for the Nanchos. Was given a half packet of cheesy Nachos on a plate, another small dish with some processed guacamole and another with processed cheese. The cheese was disgusting, think of the strongest cheese you have had and then multiple it. Feel totally ripped off and there isn't anything I can do about it bar warn...
