Taberna No Ni Ná — Restaurant in Rota

This cozy and very well decorated resturant serves some of the most eclectic food I have ever had, the chef is obviously very creative the first time we had the lumpia and chicken with BBQ sauce the lumpia with this gravy dipping sauce was very good, the chicken was very tasty it came with a BBQ sauce ( I am not a regular BBQ sauce type person on its own I like the charred bits that happen when you grill meat with BBQ sauce my favorite part) that being said I think a nice spicy aoli would be a nice dipping sauce to elevate these scrumptious chicken bites in to a more adult appitizer or maybe even a spicy marinara? The chicken will not disappoint! We also had the 3 cheese pork and my husband thinks this was the best dish we had the meat was succulent the 3 cheese sauce was amazing, the 4th dish was the shrimp and fries and aoli which was also very delishious. The second day we were more intrigued to see what we would order, I had the dry aged burger and it was delishious it seemed soft maybe it didn't have a hard seer on it? Still delishious and some salt and pepper and some spice and this burger would have been perfect! It was very delishious I think I like spice more then I realized! 😄 we also shared the pulled chicken salad with Mango dressing! (You know I am going to say right? jalapeños minced would take this salad over the top!) This was a delishious salad we both really enjoyed the chicken is well seasoned the multi lettuces very fresh and crisp, the goat cheese gave it that creamy texture and the walnuts and croutons the crunch! This was very good and refreshing and deffinatly enough for 2 people, the shrimp noodles in the wok was delishious a different spin, incredibly flavorful, shrimp were cooked perfectly and the vegtables and sauce married together perfectly. The quality of this resturants food is unbelievable everything is fresh, portions are big, wait staff is attentive, atmosphere is very nice, and exceptionally clean resturant. And this chef really is creative with the menu This is what a fusion resturant should be, very unexpected dishes, everything is delishious, fresh, reasonably priced, huge portions, friendly staff. I don’t know what happened to this place that used to be good. But the food that we used to get changed. The fried chicken strip for kids used to be fresh and juicy but today was like pre-made/frozen,meet is dark and the fries wasn’t cook and very bland. The salmon was very little it’s like portion of tapa,very small piece of salmon,it’s like the size of piece of chicken on kids menu and the rice was very little for €14.50, so disappointing and this is not the first time I got this dish,I got it for 3 times already but before it’s always good and the portion was decent. Estimado jefe del No ni na, lo de jefe por poner un calificativo, ya que no llegas ni a eso leyendo sus contestaciones. Se ha intentado poner una reseña, sin hacer daño ya que creemos un camarero no es responsable de las incompetencias de su jefe/s. Pero le paso a explicar desde la Habanera, plaza Jesus Nazareno, Rota, no desde C/ Josep Riquet Llobet, Ibiza, Nada mas llegar nos dijeron efectivamente que la reserva era en la calle, no en el interior, con un bebe de 30 días, fallo nuestro. Por ello no ha venido la reseña. Como usted no sabrá tampoco la única, posteriormente, y nada mas servirnos se solicito aceite y sal para una ensalada después de solicitar en la ventana, tras 10 min nos la acercaron, se solicitaron dos platos y nos trajeron otros dos que no solicitamos, por no hacer el feo al camarero lo hemos aceptado, se han pedido dos platos y después de 40 minutos y preguntar si se estaban marchando y contestarnos que estaban pedido, el camarero nos indica que no estaban marcados., se ha intentado ayudar al camarero llevando los platos vacíos y se nos ha reprochado al acción, entro otros detalles que no voy a relatar. Se que usted las reseñas se las pasa por el forro, pero eso no quita que le indique que aparte de ser un incompetente, es usted un impresentable, que ahora mismo se escuda en el verano, pero que conozco su clientela de invierno, ahora sé porque.
