Sa Frontera — Restaurant in Sóller

This place is a must go if you’re in Soller. We enjoyed a sunny garden lunch, with crisp white wine under a fig tree! So lovely. Food wise, the catch of the day was fresh and delightful and came with salad and potatoes. The spicy arrabiatta pasta was one of the best we’ve had - probably coz of the juicy Spanish tomatoes. This cafe/bar/restaurant is a little way from the fashionable central area of Soller. However, as we returned from a walk in the surrounding hills we decided to have a small lunchtime meal to ride us over. The food was excellent as was the friendly service. The only slight negative is that Sa Frontera is next to the road down from Deia which was rather busy and not wholly conducive to a relaxing meal. There is a seating area...

Tasteless food. Avoid it.

On the positive side this restaurant has own parking area with 4-5 places, which is very convenient.

However the food was without a doubt worst we eat in our 10 days in Mallorca. I know, taste is subjective but when three out of four hungry people didn’t eat their dishes at all there is a reason.
