Mercat-Municipal — Local services in Sóller

Great market, personal highlight is for me the coffee bar, with French Breton cakes, pastries. Visited a year ago, and know that what's on offer is tastier than the locally produced equivalent. What you see is what you get, but talk to Ann, and who knows, she might be able to help out, or know somebody to recommend. Her jam/marmalade provides lasting happy memories...

We were disappointed and sad to see how the Mercat-Municipal had declined since our last visit and remember it as a busy place, full of stallholders. Now the place is half empty and the offer down, especially the fresh fish, with now only one seller, limited.

There are couple of new hipster type outlets but its soul seems to have left...

This market was okay but not that great when compared to Inca market on Thursdays. But, it has almost all collections of what we get to see in all other Palma markets with limited stalls. You can bargain for better deals.
