Great place with great food and great service. We went there twice in three nights in Salamanca: we ate well, we ate more than enough and spent peanuts. My favourite pincho was the lomo, followed by the carrillera (or carrillada? I still have to get that right...) (served with crisps and pimientos) and the pimientos del padron (it looked more like a racion than a pincho...). My partner loved the pincho moruno and the bravas as well. Like often in Spain, you buy a drink and you get a pincho for free. Coming from a more expensive country, the 3 euro for beer+pincho were a steal, because the art of the parrilla at this place deserves more, to be perfectly honest. The guys never stop. We were there on a weekend night and then on a Monday night, and you could actually see they were extremely tired, but they kept going like machines. I had the parrillada which consists of sausages and different types of meat plus potatoes and pimientos de Padrón. It was very good. With a drink, it costed only 16€. Very good value.
