Asador Borrullán — Restaurant in Sallent de Gállego

Food tastes good, a bit expensive overall for it's quality but sadly the restaurant holds up to now the worst service experience I've had in my life. New to the place, we went there 4 adults (one pregnant) with our 1 year old babies. We booked at the terrace but it got really cold, specially for our babies. After ordering more than 130 euros of food we saw there were tables available in the inside and we asked twice very politely if we could be changed inside, not just we weren't changed when they were still giving service but a waiter was extremely disrespectful, shouting at us saying it was not possible and that we had already booked outside and if our babies were cold it was our fault. With those words. Can you believe that? This argument kept going on for a minute and it felt very violent while we were already eating. My stomach just closed up, the babies started crying, I had to tell the waitress to stop and we had to ask for a takeaway because it was unbearable to be there being treated like that. While we were about to leave another waiter tried to apologise and I asked for a reasonable explanation why we couldn't finish our dinner inside the restaurant where there were tables available. The only argument they gave me it's because is the rules, that once the customer is finish they clean the table. So basically is because they didn't want to put the effort into changing us, moving our dishes and cleaning the tables twice. Even if it had been explained nicely, which wasn't the case with that experience, it's not just a poor reason for such an expensive "good" place but to be honest, thinking about our babies it's...

I think the worst Service i had in my life. I work as Event manager and i have to deal with restaurants everyday, there are good and bad, But this one was worst. We were with our babies sitting outside and it was very cold and we asked to the waiter if we can change inside and he said he has to ask his superior and the superior start yelling on him and also on us (Clients), that is impossible to shift inside because once they have already cleaned the tables, while 2 babies (23 months) were crying from almost 13º windy weather. We wanted to leave but we have ordered our food, what we never had, because after the whole conversation and crying babies we couldn't eat, we paid and we left. I would never recommend...

MUY DECEPCIONANTE!

Tienen dos turnos, uno a las 20h y otro a las 22h. Teníamos reservado a las 20h pero llamamos al encargado (Gerardo) y le preguntamos si había algún problema para llegar algo más tarde. Nos dijo que no y que él ya lo apañaba con los del siguiente turno. Sin embargo, a las 2204h vino a echarnos literalmente de la mesa con unas formas como si ya nos lo hubiera dicho varias veces, cuando era la primera. Nos sentó muy mal! Especialmente cuando habíamos pagado 163 Euros. No es un precio como para echarte de ningún sitio… En la web te dicen que tienen menús a 25€, pero al llegar, te dicen que sólo para comer, y como ya estás, te tienes que meter en la carta y preparar la billetera. Te recomiendan platos fuera de carta de los que no tienes información de precio. Luego resultan ser los más caros de la cuenta (en nuestro caso los espárragos y la chuleta de cerdo) Los espárragos buenos, pero el picantón seco, y el cordero y el cerdo con mucha grasa. Pan, Agua y Postre una clavada, como en muchos sitios, pero aquí van un pasito más. Se pasan… Nos trajeron platos que no habíamos pedido (pulpo) y luego no nos trajeron otros que habíamos pedido (longanizas). Fallos impropios de un restaurante que cobra así de caro.

En resumen, muy mala experiencia, sobre todo la parte de que te echen para rotar mesas después de semejante precio…. No volveremos ni lo recomendaremos a nadie.
