La Luna — Restaurant in Sallent de Gállego

Worst experience ever! We arrived at the bar just after 5 pm and asked for some drinks and the menu for dinner. The bartender told us that the kitchen was closed until 7 pm and that we would have to wait, which we happily did. Near 7 pm we asked for the menu and the bartender told us that we would have to leave because the table was booked. Not understanding the situation, we asked if we could have an alternative and why weren't we informed before to change tables or that the we wouldn't be able to have dinner there. The level of indifference and lack of respect for the client was something from another level. We asked how could we make an official complaint and only AFTER a lot of time, a form was provided but no pen. All of this not being enough the Bartender (Luis) asked us if we were sure if we wanted to followup with a complaint because Formigal was a small village and we didn't knew who he was. SABADO 10 DE FEBRERO SOBRE LAS 22:30!!!!!!!!! UN APLAUSO PARA EL CAMARERO MAS ENERGUMENO DE FORMIGAL(bajito , moreno y mala leche), ya no se si existe la educación para este personaje, solo pretendo contestar con la misma educación que el lo hizo, nos echo del bar de muy malas maneras por llevar ropa de esquí (En una zona de Esquiar) no suficiente con eso ya había personas con la misma vestimenta y ademas nos grito e incluso sin importar las personas que había en el local y la vergüenza ajena que pasaron, aparte de eso dos de mis compañeras las empujo literalmente y no quiso si quiera hablar de una manera civilizada que yo lo pedí, después de tal escándalo se negó a darnos la hoja de reclamaciones, y no suficiente con ello empezó a gritar y a decir que fuera del local, una situación muy surrealista y heavy , jamas me había topado con un ser tan poco respetuoso y energúmeno, sin razón alguna nos ataco simplemente y no nos dio ni la oportunidad siquiera de hablar ya que mas de la mitad de nosotros ni llevábamos ropa de esquí y la otra mitad si se quitaba el abrigo llevábamos ropa normal. Después de esto tengo una reflexión, no entiendo como puede haber personas así a cargo de un restaurante, como puede ser que nos traten como si fuéramos PERROS y como si hubiéramos hecho algo, recalco y repito que le pedimos amablemente hablar y el nos insultó, empujó y gritó directamente. ANTE TODO SOMOS HUMANOS Y PERSONAS RESPETUOSAS NO CHIMPANCES ENERGUMENOS COMO ESTE PERSONAJE. TENGO ADEMAS ENTENDIDO QUE NO ES LA PRIMERA VEZ QUE OCURRE ESTO!!!
