Fantastic buffet style restaurant whereby you place an order for lots of different food items from a large menu. I'm not sure if this style of buffet results in less waste. They do tell you that you will be charged if you order food and do not eat it! Everything we ordered was delicious. The soup, rice and noddle dishes could have been a bit hotter. They were really only lukewarm. However, they were seasoned really well and tasty, like everything else we ordered. If in the area in the future I would return again. One of the features of this restaurant is the robot waiter that brings your food.

Been here 2 times in 2 weeks. First only a quick stop, second for the full experience. Robot cat server was a fun idea, but general servers were good also. Good food, big selection, very clean bathrooms and great value for money. I'm not an expert on Japanese food but quality and taste were good across the many dishes we tried. There is a charge for uneaten plates but that is clearly stated on the menu and I assume to stop people over ordering, since it is a fixed proce for the food (desserts and drinks are extra) Would happily go again

If you have never been to a Japanese restaurant, then you will probably like it... we personally were shocked... the thinnest slices of salmon... it's almost comical. The food looks nothing like it does on the menu. You need to write the numbers on the piece of paper and give it to the waiter to order... The only nice thing was our waiter at the beginning. He spoke very good English and explained their rules to us. Otherwise, we would not have known how things work. Sadly, it was a big disappointment. We were looking forward to the visit.

The Rice for the sushi was overwhelming large compared to the amount of fish and it tasted sugary. The soya sauce also had a sweet taste to it. In addition many dishes had a sweet caramel sauce on top of them. The sashimi was taken from the leftover pieces from the fish filets, basically cut in uneven squares, triangles and whatever form that was left. Not even close to what the photos on the menu looked like and quite unappetising. Actually awful food to put it mildly in a diplomatic way and we will not return, nor recommend the place to others. We quietly paid the bill and left the resuturant as a complaint to the staff hardly would have made any difference. Pretty sure they wouldn't care. Regards, from a Sushi loving...

Rude and Disappointing Ordered 3 sushi dishes 4 piece each, only 1 dish as advertised. One was cooked salmon but on the display it showed raw, ordered salmon and avocado but when u got it, it was imation crab sticks and I ordered wasbi it didn't come. I doubled check and my orders were incorrect. I mistaken the cooked salmon for chicken so I asked if it's chicken, I was told they didn't make sushi with chicken and explained it was cooked salmon i apologies and thanked them. 3 mins later overheard the servers talking about pollo and laughing. As a person in customer service never talk about a customer badly even if you dont think they understand. We got up and left, overpriced...

We waited for an hour to get 1 fried chiken, we ordered 4 plates and we only got 3 each we had to order this fired chicken again and only after 1 hour and 18 minutes we got our chicken in the end we didn't get around 7 fried chicken,(when we got it, it was worth the time). Random static noise from speakers, at some point it was really loud. Ridiculously high prices for drinks. Extremely small portions. Hard communications with waitresses. Very hot. Overcrowded.
