We had dinner for 5 people and had high expectitions for the steaks since the place is a steak house. Everyone from our group ordered beef stirloin medium or medium+. The steaks were inconsistently cooked: from outer side steaks were well done and from middle plain raw. The meat quality didnt meet the price point: it was chewy and texture not so great. Steaks tasted bland, no seasoning at all.

We had red wine sauce with steaks which tasted like something from store bought cheap sauce which didnt resemble the taste of real wine sauce: it was really sweet and tasted artificial.

We had 3-4 different staff members serving our meal. Couple of them seemed rude and not caring about the customers. On many occasions we saw the staff pointing fingers to us with a serious face which seemed really odd. It also seemed like the staff didnt know the difference between ripeness levels on meats for example medium minus, medium and medium plus. The staff asked us how we were doing or how we enjoyed our meal only near the end when we were about end our meals.

Overall really disapointing experience. Considering the higher end price point and the fact that its called "steak house", I wouldnt consider visiting this...

Frustrating experience. Service was extremely slow and inattentive. We received almost no attention, often needing to actively call the waiter as he rushed past. Wait times were long, especially after our main course, and two drinks we requested never arrived—though they were on the final bill.

One of the two waiters seemed to have a sense of humor that bordered on rude. At one point, he used a high-pitched voice with us (as an LGBT couple, this felt uncomfortable). When a clearly frustrated table called out to him with “hola,” he simply replied “hola” back and walked away! Etc. Additionally, the waiter had a noticeable odor of old sweat, which added to the unpleasant experience.

As for the food: the entrecôte skewer was delicious, but the chicken cannelloni was wrapped in a crêpe rather than pasta (despite being listed under “chef’s pasta”). The tiramisu was average—not the standout dessert that other reviews suggested. Finally, the tangerine sorbet was served as a liquid drink rather than as a frozen scoop.

It’s hard to understand the many positive reviews, especially as we observed other tables also showing signs of frustration with the service. Overall, this was not the dining experience...

Been there two times during our Holiday in Gran Canaria. The restaurant is not direct on the high street and you need to go down a staircase but is very easy to find. The inside is cozy, immaculate and well organised.

We have been looked after by Juan Carlos: his charm, knowledge and Hospitality is second to no one. We felt treated like Royals, and he made our experience unforgettable.

The food is incredible: the plates are graceful presented without overdue and the quality of the meat is sensational. We had a Chateaubriand (on both our visits), cooked beautifully, sliced at the table and presented amazingly. One of the most tender and flavourful steak we ever had. They also have different cuts on the bone that looked spectacular (I wish I had more time to pay another visit). The side of grilled vegetables was the perfect complement to that dinner: they were juicy and beautifully char-grilled.

At the end of the meal we were offered a delicious after-dinner Rum cocktail by Juan Carlos, another nice touch. I can't recccomand this place more if you are in Gran Canaria. It's worth to drive there even if you are not in Maspalomas.

Thank you all for your great...

In all honestly picked the restaurant to eat at because it was conveniently across the road from the hotel we were staying at. Great choice! They were able to accommodate a large group (11) of us on the spot and the service was excellent. Good was terrific. Portions were absolutely humongous for the price. We actually ended up eating here a second time on our trip because the other options around in the area didn’t look that appealing. The only thing I would say is that since the steak cuts are so big, sometimes the cooking of them would be inconsistent from the ends to the middle (ie if we ordered medium/medium-rare, the ends would be a bit overcooked but the middle would be right; but that comes with the territory with varied sized meat cuts. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a nicer/fancier meal in this area that doesn’t break the bank!
