My husband and I recently visited the Fund Grube shop to purchase a 100 ml Dior Sauvage perfume and a 60 ml Dior Sauvage toilette spray. We inquired about the possibility of getting a discount for buying both items together. The salesperson assured us that it was no problem, and proceeded to take the boxes from the shelf and apply the "discount." Trusting the salesperson, we paid and left the shop without double-checking the items. However, when we returned to our hotel, we were shocked to discover that the salesperson had given us two 60 ml bottles instead. To make matters worse, we were charged more than the normal price for these smaller bottles! This experience left us feeling deceived and taken advantage of. We trusted the salesperson's word and were thoroughly disappointed. We will not be returning to the shop and strongly advise others to be cautious when shopping there. Perfumery shop with big discounts, tobacco, brands shoes, clothes, juwelery, bags. I even found at the shop from Faro de Maspalomas, Estee Lauder Infinite Sky! Which was a miracle. Dont buy any shoes or clothing and If you do try them on in the store (espacially shoes or flipflops and so on) and walk around for a few minutes cuz If u buy them and then they dont fit or hurt and you Come back and want to change to a different size they wont let you. Even If you come back after 5 minutes. I have never in my life been told that I cant change to another size when I have a receipt and not walk around in them... and the staff are rude and fallow u everywere like u are some shoplifter but when they see that u have Cash they smile and are very nice.. so fake it makes me gag! Other workers at YUMBO are mutch nicer then those working...
