KFC — Restaurant in San Bartolomé

Very slow and normally the "chicken" is still raw Avoid completely around 3pm as it's the time that the staff change shifts, so what was supposed to be "fast food" took literally 30 minutes, for 1 meal to take away, and that was without there being a queue, literally I was the only person there so excuse of being busy or anything nope, when eventually got the food was cold Also very much disliked the lack of cleanliness (general higuine) from staff serving at the cash register, constantly touching their face/mouth/ears of themselves and their colleagues, to then go and touch food! Luckily as it's in a commercial centre they don't have their own toilets for clients, would hate to imagine what they would be like if they did. Going by appearance at the counter, I don't even want to know how the kitchen part was Yes, "fast food" not a restaurant so different standards, but think they should at least have the basics...

Nice fries, but original recipe chicken for my dad was dry and really small, unedible. My dad cannot speak spanish, he explained his issue and a friendly young lad solved his issue with great professionalism and replaced the chicken no questions asked and even let my dad swap to the extra crispy coating which was much tastier and juicy.

Located on the upper level of Deliland accessible via lifts/escalator is a superb little KFC, seating opposite counter. With views of lower Deliland levels. Staff are attentive and accommodating which is helpful when there not English speakers and I'm not particularly fluent in Spanish.
