Very disappointing evening. Waited over one hour to order food. Food came at different times and then two meals had to be sent back as cold. Started clearing plates while two people still eating, due to meals being sent back. Took glasses away while still drinking bottle of wine. Ordered Irish coffees which were undrinkable. They did bring replacements which were nice. Service and attitude of staff was just so disappointing and staff just didnt seem to care. What was sad, was it was my husbands birthday and our friends were taking us out as birthday treat which unfortunately turned out to be a big disappointment of an evening. Have been going to Cassa Terre since it opened on Avenida, never had service like this before. Has Management changed? Such a shame as have wonderful memories of great evenings there before...

Really struggled writing this negative review. We had a single beer at lunchtime and staff were great, returning for dinner in the evening. Mussels were tasty and then there was the Calamari. What a disaster, rubbery, thrown down on the table by a waiter who is in the wrong job and served with 4 potatoes. Calamari & baked potatoes on the same plate is a first and we have eaten all over the world. We already ordered potatoes as a side dish. Tuna salad, forget it, absolute rubbish. I made a better one the following day at the apartment. As I said, hard to balance our experience with all the positive reviews. Simply put, the restaurant had a very off day. I doubt the locals would have been served such rubbish. We were not impolite or rude and chose to walk away. Let's see if the manager chooses...
