Fina Estampa — Restaurant in San Cristóbal de La Laguna

Oh my God... that was something different... it was my first time trying the peruvian kitchen and i'm extremly glad that it was in the Fina Estampa! First of all - atmosphere- all place filled with peruvian art, Pictures, beautiful table covering. Next - the service - not only very nice and helpful, but we had this pleasure to talk longer with the owner who comes from Peru - he told us something about himself, about the dishes... after this meeting i want to now visit Peru :) and the last but not the least... Food. Wow. We took 4 dishes, 2 desserts, and some peruvian alco drink. It was served in the middle of the table, so Everyone can try everything. The soup from mule, rice with chicken, some tuna and potato, and... seviche... that was AMAZING. For me -something new, very intensive taste. Also the drink and dessetrs... omg... I would not forget this for a long time! That's a pitty there is no peruvian restaurant in my city. Next Time on Tenerife - I would come to La Laguna only for this restaurant! I was here on 2016, and stayed for lunch. The ceviche was the best I've ever had - and I've been to Peru. And the servings are very good. The owner is the cook, he's peruvian and very nice and welcoming. The place is on the outskirts of the city centre, just a short walk....
