La Fabrik de Sabores — Restaurant in San Pedro del Pinatar

Happy New Year to Bruno and Stephanie, the couple managing the restaurant! We found the restaurant by accident and quickly became one of our favorite places at the port. Food is delicious and fresh, well decorated in the plates. We went twice in the week between 26.12 - 30.12. Pork tenderloin with creamy sauce and mushrooms is delicious, as well as fresh pasta in truffle sauce, Camembert salad and shrimps. We went there with our 8 years son and they offered us kids menu which was also very delicious. Bruno and Stephanie are very nice and kind! We recommend the restaurant and we are looking forward to come...

Amazing experience at la fabrik. The food and drinks were great, excellent vibe and fantastic energy from the waitress and chef! There is only two people running the restaurant so in busy times the food may take a little longer than usual, but well worth the wait.

My girlfriend and I spent a few hours there, there was also a flamenco market in the marina, flamenco dancers that came outside the dining/drinking area, and a Spanish acoustic guitar duo. Amazing experience....

Al een paar jaar eten we tijdens onze overwinteringen in Lo Pagan erg graag een paar keer bij Le Fabrik van Bruno en Stephanie. Bruno is een geweldige chef en maakt vele heerlijke superverse gerechten. Vandaag haalden we op voorafgaande afspraak paella mixte op om er vanavond thuis van te genieten. En dat hebben we gedaan. Echt geweldig lekker. En zeer ruime porties. We hebben bij het afhalen van de paella van de gelegenheid gebruik gemaakt door ter plaatse ondermeer een bord tartaar van tonijn en een tiramisu voor lunch te eten. Beide waren waarschijnlijk de lekkerste die we in lange tijd hebben gegeten. En de prijzen zijn meer dan redelijk. Bruno maakt ieder gerecht vers, dus je hebt na de bestelling bij Stephanie te hebben opgegeven voldoende tijd om te relaxen. Een klein maar fijn toprestaurant met een persoonlijke...
