A favourite destination in Sotogrande. I tend to work from here sometimes, and spent a good few days here over the summer, really enjoying the experience. The staff make this place what it is, they are friendly, proactive, attentive to customers' needs and always on hand to help, even when it's very busy. Staff also don't pester people walking by like adjacent eateries do (which is a real pet peeve of mine) and there seems to be a good dynamic within the team. The food is great, four stars, with the desserts possibly rising to five. The location is spectacular, overlooking the marina, and for those looking for somewhere to set up for work for a couple of hours, the internet is fast and reliable, and the background music is normally slow and relaxing. There's usually free parking within a five minute walk, or paid parking directly beneath the venue.

Easily our favorite breakfast spot in Sotogrande. My family makes a point to stop by at least once a week. Sundays do get busy, so if you’re coming with a bigger group, it’s worth making a reservation ahead of time. The pastries are genuinely the best French ones we’ve had in Costa del Sol. Their barista is a gem. The coffee is always spot-on, and the matcha is great. The Eggs Benedict is the star of the brunch menu. We order it every time without fail. Service is usually quick and friendly, even when it’s packed. On weekdays when the owner’s not always around, things can slow down a bit, but it’s nothing too frustrating, just worth noting. The place is always clean, bathrooms included, which I really appreciate. All in all, a 5/5 from us. Great food, great coffee, and always worth the visit.

The place is nice and the location very convenient. We ordered the gyozas and they were tasty, the sauce made them nicer. I order the octopus as the main and even the sauce that it has was really good the octopus was very hard and chewy, my company ordered the salmon and said that didn’t have much flavour and also the green asparagus was a bit hard. We had a white chocolate mouse for dessert and it tastes more like caramel than white chocolate, and find it to be more like a pastry than a dessert for me. The waitresses were a bit slow and wasn’t many people on the tables for them not check if we needed anything. So I would say a bit overpriced for what we had.

After a chilly boat ride we stopped off for a hot drink, the waiter was very attentive and sat us all on the sofas, we ordered hot chocolates that were tepid, my coffee was also tepid. 2 people asked for non dairy milk and there was a 0,50 cent additional charge. We got 1 slice of cake as it was one of the parties birthday and were given a pastry on the house. A while later we were asked if we wanted anything else when we said no moments later without asking the bill was produced. We. Were quite happy just chatting but felt like we were being kicked out. Here is the kicker the cake was 12 euros for one slice yes it's sotogrande, but was there gold flakes in the cake. I did question how they could justify 12 euros but the reply was the boss priced it up. I know there are costs been in catering ran my own business, there is mark up and then there is high way robbery. Needless to say I would not revisit as if a slice of cake is 12 euros a meal would probably set me back 100 euros or so. On a plus the waiter was very attentive.

Lol so your response to my review is to suggest that we misbehaved let's get the facts straight here, I was the one that complained maybe a bit vocally but before being slapped with the bill our group brought some life to your totally empty restaurant. Check out your other reviews most of them complain about your prices, if your best comeback is to insult me then knock yourself out, and don't worry your poor staff will never have to serve me again as I will...

Further to Carlos post yesterday I can assure you the integrity of the post is 100% … maybe it wasn’t the owner we spoke to but we spoke to the man who always seems to be in charge when we have visited … we have also taken a number of friends to this restaurant in the past … there is no mistake … this happened to us last night… we ordered the guacamole which we have always enjoyed and they bought a the tortilla chips which were broken in many small pieces … unable to use them as a dip for the guacamole when we complained they took half an hour to bring new ones .. then added them to the bill … when we pointed it out they removed them … when the main dish arrived …only three dishes arrived mine had been left out … if you still doubt it was your restaurant it was the pulled pork burger … and the guacamole was made at the table … we are locals … and have been to your restaurant on many occasions … I’m sure your employees will recognize us, not sure who the owner is but obviously he is not so attentive to his repeat guests .. he talks of integrity … when we pointed out to the waiter my plate hadn’t arrived he assured us it had been ordered,, as I asked him … only later to be told by another waiter that it hadn’t been ordered.. we won’t be visiting again… more so after the response Carlos...

Usually it is a great place! But today it was a complete disaster…terrible service, even worst attitude, and discussing behavior of the personnel. We came for a glass of wine and some snack….It was before 23 (it closes at 00:00), first 15 minutes we were trying extremely hard to pay attention of the waitress, almost full ignorance as a result…then somehow luckily get menu, ordered 2 glasses of wine and calmares (the girl said if we order quick she can do an order). It took us 10-15 minutes to finish, and let’s the game started gain…we were calling for someone to pay a bill for 10 minutes and full ignorance again…we were even thinking to leave the place…finally went to the bar to pay, and share our impression! The girl was rude, and reminded us that ACTUALLY SHE ORDERED FOR US EVEN IT WAS LATE, AND ACTUALLY THEY NEED TO CLEAN AND DO NOT HAVE TIME TO OBSERVE THE GUESTS…Actually!!!

The time was 23:30, 30 minutes before closing they were ACTUALLY to busy to accept the payments for bills, not saying about serving the drinks for 30 more minutes…

Food was good, it was a favorite place...
