3rd time to be here in Wok Makoto though this is quite far from the city, around 45 minutes to travel but as the saying goes by, its all worth it. What I like about this buffet restaurant is that they have plancha or grilled, yes, unlike with the one I ate in Principe Pio, the price is almost the same, but the options and choices here is much more plus, this is also near to the outlet if you want to buy branded shoes, dress or whatever. For me, it exceeded my expectation in all manner such as the quality of food, the freshness of seafood, verdura and even the meat, you can eat whatever you want, from starter, salad, sushi, main course, up to the postre or sweet. One important consideration for me is that a buffet restaurant shouldnt stop from refilling and grilling until its time. They are also courteous to inform you if its the last grill that the cook will make because they also have a cut off. All in all, I am satisfied with every food on the table, best for group of friends or colleagues who would like to celebrate or just decide eat outside. 10/10 for food, service and experience! SOLO ESPERO QUE LOS PROPIETARIOS LEAN MI COMENTARIO CONSTRUCTIVO.

Con hoy 17-07-2024 es la segunda vez que voy con mi familia de 8 personas a éste restaurante, veo en las reseñas anteriores que muchas personas se quejan por la calidad de la comida y respetando sus experiencias podria decir que en lo personal incluyendo las opciones de mi familia la relación calidad precio nos ha parecido muy aceptable y muy justa no tengo quejas al respecto, quizás se podría mejorar algunos puntos como por ejemplo el orden en la sección de mariscos quizás agrandando la distribución para que no se vean tan revueltos o amontonados e incluyendo en la medidas de las posibilidades y de acuerdo a los costos operativos del restaurante algo de pescados rojos cómo atún, trucha, salmón o similares, cómo aspectos a mejorar sería indispensable cambiar la fórmula del WASABI la verdad no tiene buena pinta, ni buen sabor y menos la textura de un buen wasabi, parece mas una salsa simple, se podría pensar en incluir unos sobres con porción individual de wasabi u algo similar o simplemente mejorar la formula contextura o cambiar el proveedor, por otro lado en la parrilla en las dos oportunidades nos ha tocado diferentes parrillero, pero ambos han agregado demasiado aceite a los alimentos para asarlos, estropeando las carnes, pescados y mariscos, pues ya quedan demasiado grasosos lo que son duda desmejora la calidad del producto y el problema es que no entienden español o se hacen que no entienden, pues ni diciéndoles que no le adicionen tanto aceite lo dejan de hacer, es más en la segunda visita, es decir hoy opté por llevar hasta un barra de mantequilla y le manifesté que si le podía adicionar en lugar del aceite tal mantequilla, pero no entendió y simplemente se hizo el que no entendía y nuevamente baño los alimentos en demaciado aceite, ese ha asido el principal desacierto del restaurante y en eso coincidimos la familia entera 😞 de verdad les PIDO QUE MEJOREN ESA PARTE, el servicio de camareros se han portado de maravilla han estado muy pendientes en ambas visitas y se han preocupado por estar recogiendo los platos y limpiar todo, por mantener las instalaciones en buen estado de aseó, en mi concepto manejan un muy buen servicio por esa parte, gracias y seguiremos visitando vuestro restaurante y compartiendo en familia con su atención pero les agradecería que tuvieran en cuenta nuestras sugerencias pues así más complacidos de...

I brought my 2 kids 10 and 4 and they absolutely loved it. It was their first experience doing a buffet style. My boys love salmon sashimi and sushi rolls so it was perfect. The salmon sashimi was always empty and took a long time to refill. The boys loved the ice cream and red velvet cakes too. It was just ok for me.
