Truly excellent American style burgers. It's impossible to go wrong with this kind of menu – a few items, and each one deliciously prepared. Euskali uses only fresh local ingredients and prepares everything by hand, including the perfectly golden brioche buns, mouth-watering dill pickles, and succulently satisfying beef patties. Some dark magic must go into the chili cheese fries and they should be classified as a Schedule 1 Addictive Substance. I will keep coming back for the chili cheese fries as long as I draw breath. The food alone would be enough to fall in love with, but the bar is not to be overshadowed. We visited last night due to very good reviews on Google and were not disappointed, home cooked fries and burgers very tasty and filling, we had chicken burger and double cheeseburger, the slow cooked for hours and hours and hours beef was lovely soft and tender meat, hardly anyone in the bar/restaurant due to it being midweek, we got the bus and found it easy from San Sebastien city center but what we didn't realise was the buses stopped around 10.30pm so we were stranded and had to walk 40 minutes back to hotel so check timetable if travelling by bus, service welcoming and friendly, would recommend if you want good quality...

Sintiéndolo mucho, local cero recomendable. Estamos alojados de vacaciones cerca y hemos buscado un lugar en las cercanías, fiándonos de la puntuación... Debe ser de hace años. A penas había dos mesas o tres, hacía verdadero frío dentro (la mesa de al lado iban todos con las chaquetas puestas, no tenían encendida la calefacción) y la comida... He pedido una Crispy Crunchy Burger de pollo con rebozado de cereales y... Ajdunto foto. 12 euros y sin patatas, que van a parte! He estado a punto de decírselo a la única chica que había sirviendo, pero la he visto tan sobrepasada que me ha sabido mal... El queso a la plancha chamuscado, el pan chamuscado y si alguien encuentra algo de crispy que lo diga... P.D. Ante la contestación del dueño (supongo), estuve pensando si decirle algo a la pobre camarera, que estaba TOTALMENTE SOBREPASADA, sin a penas poder atender las mesas. A la vista de las fotos está que el queso, el pan y la hamburguesa estaban chamuscados, nada de tierno y crujiente. Sencillamente, esta hecho todo en la misma plancha y sin mirar si se está...
