The best meal we had in Spain, and a delightful dining experience. We had become a little tired of the same local Spanish food, and after loads of fish, I just craved a good steak ... and it was fantastic. We loved our whole meal, and the crusty bread was to die for too!! Maria looked after us beautifully too. And when I managed to knock red wine over my gorgeous lime green scarf, she whisked it away to their tiny kitchen and the chef managed to get it clean with some amazing "magic spray"! The croquettes are amazing. Probably the best croquettes I ever had. I did not put 5 stars because the ensaladilla was good but not great, it had a bacon top that was really good but the rest was not well seasoned. Esta semana fui a cenar con unos amigos a este restaurante y me quede gratamente sorprendido, para empezar existe la opción de interior y exterior (debéis estar atentos y realizar una reserva previa). El trato del personal, de lo mejor, siempre atentos y agradable. La carta no es excesivamente larga, lo cual se agradece, pero con una gran variedad de platos. En mi caso empecé con un entrante de 'Foie mi cuit y agridulce de jerez' muy bueno y se puede compartir, por eso probamos la 'Ensalada de tomate con sardina ahumada', realmente bueno. Aunque estábamos en Sanlúcar y bien aconsejado pedí una 'txuleta de vaca premium' (se acompaña con patatas fritas), la carne a la parrilla y brasas, muy buena, no es habitual encontrar esta carne en Sanlúcar. Para postre una 'Sopa de frutos rojos con helado de queso' todo un carnaval de sabores muy refrescante. Por último quiero destacar el amplio abanico en los vinos para acompañar, todos ellos muy escogidos y muy buenos.
