I write this review because I want the owner and customers to be aware about the good, the bad and the ugly:
The good: Food is great, tasteful and well presented.
The bad: The bill. The bill presented to us was wrong twice, and not by a little. First: most of the plates on the bill weren't ours. Second: the individual prices of the dishes aren't displayed, which made it difficult for both us and the waitress (who was nice) to figure out eventually what we should pay. After a back and forth that lasted 30 minutes our 'correct' bill was still overcharging us,... but impossible to see where the difference was as the individual prices weren't displayed. We took the menu prices and calculated the correct price, which we ended up paying so that was 'correct'.
The ugly: I read on other reviews that I am not the only one to have had this 'problem'. I am willing to believe it was an honest mistake, however I have never received a restaurant bill with no individual prices on it, nor did I have to calculate the correct price myself.
So to the owner: Change your billing system for the sake of your clients, your staff and transparency. The excellent (!) food you serve deserves a...
Read moreWe randomly decided to have a lunch here on a rainy day, and oh boy, it was a great idea! They don’t have English menus, and the waiter was very patient waiting for us translating the menu, and he also offered and explained us some of his favorites. It was very quiet when we arrived, so the food was ready in no time, and it was absolutely delicios. The nachos is 10/10, no question, we would actually return just for the nachos itself. :) We also had “Picanha” which was worth every cent in my opinion. They bring you a medium rare steak on a hot plate, which you can then continue cooking to your perfection. Overall we had a great lunch here that we will definitely talk about for...
Read moreQue decir? Muchas gracias...
