The food was good but I’m not sure why the ratings are so high. Multiple cars, including ours, were broken into during broad daylight. There were no visible items in the car. Luckily there was only low-value items in the trunk that they took. The restaurant has a sign that warns not to leave valuables in the car, so it must be a common occurrence. 1. Service: Horrible service. The waiters barely acknowledge you and had a stern demeaner the entire time, as if they were bothered to have to serve you. There was one middle-aged female waitress with dark hair who was warm and friendly but we only had her for a short time. 2. Food: We had the paella which was good, but that's to be expected for €84, which was the minimum for two people. It was way too much for two people after drinks and appetizers. It would've been nice to have the option for half portion. The Cava sangria was really good. 3. Atmosphere: Nice, but doesn't justify the price. The view is beautiful but it’s the same view you get from the free beaches, short walks, and multiple bars. And it was HOT. There were no fans and no air conditioning. I've been to many outdoor restaurants and they find a way to keep clients cool. In summary, the food is good, but not enough to justify the prices and high risk of your car getting robbed.

We will never go back to this place. This was the WORST experience we have ever had in a restaurant and this was my 7th visit in 10 years. We are so very angry. The waiter who took us to our table got our order wrong (we asked for Paella de Carne y Pescado and he brought Paella de Marisco even though we had mentioned our son was allergic to seafood), then they took over an hour to bring the right order ("there were many people ahead of you", I was told, when I complained - no, there were not, we definitely were their first and it was their fault they brought the wrong order, not ours!) and our 2yo fell asleep and had to go home. Result? After 2h at the restaurant we had to leave WITHOUT EATING. And not only apology. The young female waiter did say she was livid by the way we were treated and especially that we had to pay for a 2h-late paella. The best of it all? When we got home and opened the paella container we realized it was BURNT! So much, it was inedible and had to go in the bin. We paid 90 euros for this? You have no shame. I cannot believe what has happened to this restaurant. Adding photograph of the burn paella. Shame on you.

A very good restaurant on top of the Mountain overseeing Es Vedra. Stunning view makes it 4 stars, the restaurant itself has a clean, open and relaxing Ambiance at the front. The back terrace unfortunately blocks the view on es Vedra and the open vibrant ambiance from the front of the restaurant. The food of this restaurant makes up for everything. Its quality. And quality does not come cheap. The seafood is amazing but the prizes are unclear because of the day prizes. All fish is shown at the table before preparing. We ate the Paella which was of exquisite quality. Fully filled with seriously fresh fish and Meat, not a prepacked version. The Sirloin was big and magnificent and looking at the way the loin looked It might even have been Tenderloin. Nothing over priced. Fair for the quality served. This all with a beautiful sunset at the vibrant Es Vedra with all her stories kick started our evening.

Currently on a 2 week trip to ibiza and due to the way many restaurants are busy this time of year, we booked up all our choices well in advance. In fact we booked this restaurant 2.5 months ago to secure a booking and a table next to the ocean! Given the booking was done so long ago we re-confirmed our booking with the restaurant the day before our booking date just to double confirm and to say we would be there. Our original reservation was booked for 8.30pm but as our Villa is in the North of the island (about an hours drive) we mentioned to them we would arrive between 8.30 and 9pm and they said this was fine. We arrived at the spot at around 8.25 when the sun was setting but when we went to the restaurant we noticed you can't see the sun setting from it, so we went back up to the edge and took a few photo's while the sun went down. We arrived at the restaurant at 9.10 and introduced ourselves and were then horrified for them to tell us we were late and they had given our table to someone else! WHAT!? I was totally dumbfounded. 4 people had booked this table nearly 3 months prior then travelled over an hour from our villa to get to it and because we were 10 mins past our agreed time they had given up our table. Despite me trying to negotiate with the staff they were adamant that there was nothing they could do, so we left! Whilst the location of the restaurant is spectacular I am totally at a loss on how they could treat customers this way and with an arrogant / couldn't care less attitude which was shocking. Be wary here, or better still,...

I am saddened to report an unpleasant experience I recently had with a restaurant I've previously patronized numerous times. For this particular visit, I tried calling to make a reservation multiple times, unfortunately to no avail - the phone was left unanswered.

Deciding to pay the restaurant a visit in person, hoping they would accommodate a walk-in, I was met with a rude surprise. Despite the presence of vacant tables, a staff member (who claimed to be a waiter) treated me with palpable arrogance when I explained that I had been unable to make a reservation due to their lack of response on the phone. His retort was a curt, "It's your problem", making it clear he had no intention of assisting me.

Even though there were several tables visibly unoccupied, without any "reserved" signs placed on them, he flatly refused to let us use one. I was shocked by this unwarranted rudeness and disregard for a loyal customer. The experience left a bitter taste in my mouth, overshadowing all the past positive interactions.

It is disheartening that a restaurant would allow such poor customer service, especially towards patrons who have demonstrated their loyalty over time. This unprofessional conduct has tainted my perception of this establishment and it's with a heavy heart that I can no longer recommend it. Customer service is a crucial part of the dining experience, and in this regard, they have...

We were arriving by sailing boat after 17h trip from Spain mainland. This is the closest Cala, so we don’t care that much about the quality. We just want to rest while eating and drinking something. We had drop anchor, get on dinghy to this restaurant sea access and seat on the first table available from a place we can watch our boat on the bay to understand if the anchor is holding correctly. But we were ‘invited’ to change table as these guys have this stupid behaviour of saying the front line tables are all reserved (almost forget about this ‘trend’ in Ibiza… such a rural behaviour!). 3pm… We took other seat, we had eat, we had drink, we had chat and all the front line tables remains free. So, from now on, I’m going to give 1 star review to all restaurants which have this ridiculous behaviour and I kindly ask everyone to do the same and give 1 star review to restaurants whenever they have this stupid behaviour of saying the front line tables are fully booked/reserved even knowing all the restaurant lis empty! They must change and this is the way. By the way, food was nothing special and service very low level standards. Choose another option. Maybe go to Cala Tarida and enjoy the restaurants there. You’ll be better served and even knowing some has a Michelin star there, they have not this dumb behaviour. Good...
