Honestly. Everything about this place was shocking. Would have given this 0 star if there was an option. Staff were not welcoming , they were very rude. We were placed on a table and told to order off the barcode- we did. Food arrived NOTHING that was ordered was brought out, we were told its because they didn't have it... they did not OFFER an alternative and instead justified why we were given something else. We then advised them to kindly change the order to an alternative, which was authorised- no apology, but acknowledgement of waiter error. Never asked if things were okay with our meal. Dirty glass placed on the table, asked for ice as their bottled COLD drinks were WARM, was told yes but wasn't given. By the time we left, still no ice or clean glass. ATMOSPHERE SHOCKING, may aswell have sat in a car with snacks at the nearest cemetery, felt like we were amongst corpses. This is only a fraction. Uppn leaving, no goodbye or thankyou for dining with us, completely mannersless. I thought maybe this place is racist or hates brits, but evidently its just humans they dont like.... Anyway. Avoid. Better off getting a sandwich...

I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience here. They firstly brought orange juice in the small size when my friend ordered the larger size, we then ordered two burgers both of which were brought with a cold slab of cheese in the middle and was completely lazily done and looked a mess. I asked politely if they could remake mine or just heat it up, I really wasn’t fussed. They then brought back ten burger without the cheese??? I explained the situation and they finally managed to make it right showing no politeness or sympathy for the inconvenience. Then we ordered tap water and they brought a bottle of water which we assumed was on the house as they had already put us through so much trouble and didn’t say that it was extra. Then when trying to leave and rushing for our flight they DEMANDED they we pay €4 for a bottle of water which we didn’t order. The workers were completely RUDE, USELESS and UNCARING. Please save yourself money and time and don’t bother with this stupid establishment - the food also tastes low quality and is fast food disguised as...

One of the worse experience in a airport. All the staff need training. First we want fish and chips. Oh sorry we don't have. Is it too hard to say while giving the menu sorry we don't have that tonight.... Finally we choose a vegan burger. And oh sorry we don't have the vegan cheese. After we ordered 3 mayonnaise. 1.65 each. A complete rubbery for 3 tea spoon sauce. Another point no salad and tomato in the burger.... When we complained at the end. Obviously, they ran to show us the price of the dip... So I ran to the menu too to show them the picture of the burger we chose. And they reply to me it was not in the description. But I asked why is it on a picture is it a liar? No answer.... They are so expert (SSP food traveler expert) to charge you but not really to reduce or refund because as they were not nice I asked them to reduce the price of the vegan cheese that they didn't have. Not possible. So they charge for something they don t have....
