DeLorean Burger — Restaurant in Santa Brígida

As a Back To The Future series fans this place was a must go for us. Immediately after entering the building we were welcomed by the staff - group of 3 or 4 guys who were all in a good mood. Having nice and fun staff like this makes the whole experience MUCH better. We ordered 2 burgers (Biff Bacon and Lorraine) and loaded fries. We were asked to wait like 10-15 minutes for our order to be ready. We went outside and sat in our car because it was raining. After 2 or 3 minutes we were asked by one of the guys to come inside that they prepared appetizer on house for us. We didn't hesitate and came back inside. There were nachos with quacamole etc. waiting for us. For free. :) Yummy. (Thank you guys for that!) In couple minutes we also received our order. At home when we opened the bag with the food we discovered that they also gave us some chocolate cake also for free! The burgers were 4 out of 5 but the loaded fries were 10 out of 5! We are definitely coming back for more soon! :) This is the way every business should be run - great product and exceptional...

Very tasty burgers! Super friendly service from the second we walked in.

Things to know: there’s a tiny space inside where you can sit but it only fits two. Quite clearly this is a takeout or delivery restaurant. The burgers are packed full of umami. The Biff burger is delicious. It does, however, lack a bit of freshness or balance to the umami. DeLorean, if you read this: consider adding pickles of some kind to your burgers. 😉 Get the DeLorean sauce to dip your fries in!

Si te apetece comer en casa hamburguesas, perritos, ensaladas y más platos caseros y muy ricos, llama a DeLorean Burger.

LOCAL: Ambientado en la película Regreso al Futuro. No tiene mesas donde comer pero si dispone de una barra donde poder sentarte y esperar por tu pedido. Todo muy limpio.

CARTA: Ofrece numerosos entrantes (nachos, finger de pollos y papas), ensaladas, hamburguesas, perritos, postres y batidos. Opciones veganas y sin gluten!!

HAMBURGUESA PARADOJA (Hamburguesa de pollo de corral, cheddar, loyo, tomate, pepinillo y salsa DeLorean): Buenísima!! Pan brioche muy tierno y resistente, perfecto! Pollo muy bueno, las especies que llevaba le daban un buen toque. Salsa muy rica, cantidad perfecta. Nada grasienta. El tamaño de la hamburguesa era grande, no te quedarás con hambre. Repito.

PERRITO COPERNICO ( cebolla caramelizada, bacon, salsa barbacoa y cebolla crujiente): Muy bueno! Grande, jugoso y sabroso. Repito!

GUARNICIÓN DE PAPAS: Papas caseras, crujientes y nada aceitosas. Me gustaron!

ENSALADA CESAR: Pollo super crujiente y nada grasiento. La salsa la sirven por separado, detalle que me encantó. Me faltaría algo de vegetales, como tomates cherrys pero en general muy buena.

TARTA DE ZANAHORIA: Buenísima!! Super jugosita, tierna y lo suficientemente dulce. Los trocitos de nueces y zanahoria me encantó. Me sorprendió bastante,...
